the first room i was given stunk so bad we had to change rooms

The bed was very comfortable

Though I understand why they did it, I did not like having to pay --- cash because I'm local.

Conventionally located to where we wanted to be. Very clean and the workers were very polite.

No, everything was good.

Price and location

Sink would not drain and tub was cracked. Had to wash hands and brush teeth in the shower, while worrying the rub was going to leak. There were big long black hairs in the bed and on the pillow cases. I'm very disappointed.

Close proximity to my destination.

The room was out of several toiletry items when we checked in and the pool water wasn't clean.

The location was easy to get to and close to the largest venue in town.

The towels had stains and there were some hairs in the bathroom. The bagged breakfast wasn't much....

Staff! at the front desk was great!

There were no extra pillows, no toothbrushes (I forgot mine) and the brown bag breakfast was gross. Sorry.

When I checked in the staff was very friendly & answered all my questions, and when I checked out the lady was very friendy & courteous as well. She was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this location. The location was perfect. So many restaurants

Everything was wonderful even the Housekeeping staff was very friendly & helpful!!

the room stunk of mold and mildew the people were rude the pop, ice machines didn't work. It was dirty loud and gross

The Staff!

The air did not work, we did not get breakfast due to them putting it out late, for the amount of money I paid the rooms should of been spotless and cool instead they were hot as hell and clothes from the previous guest in the drawer 🤦

The location and that it was available.

Room dirty, carpet filthy.My socks were black after walking on the floor. toilet leaked water onto floor, bathroom door would not close or open all the way. Mattress on sofa was HORRIFIC, stained, Dirty and springs were about come thru. 4th floor stunk

We liked the size of the bed.

The room had one hell of a musty fowl smell. The room was good but the smell made it hard to bear and the walls so paper thin. The doors need re insulation to keep the noise down. The bed felt so damp.

The room was neat and clean and a very pleasant aroma present when I entered. The breakfast room was fine -- the food was good. I needed to heat my eggs and gravy briefly in the microwave but the food was very good.

The only negative (and why the overall experience was marked 9) was the musty odor at the front door as I entered and also at the side door I used.

Upon check-in,room was completely cleaned.Bed very comfortable.Chair and ottoman nice addition.Plenty of amenities.Nice fitness center and indoor pool.Breakfast delicious.(manager), (Front Desk), (housekeeping) were awesome.Cookies nightly.

The only thing that could have been better was for the tv channels to be HD. However, nice tv and plenty of channel selections.

Very nice clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Very nice pool! I don't know about breakfast as I don't eat breakfast.

Wish they had kept the spa-hot tub. Would have been nice after a long drive. I would have paid a little extra.

Location was good. Close to shopping and eating establishments. Bed was comfortable.

Strong odor in hotel, in hallway and room. Carpet wet outside toilet on 1st floor. Entrance at end of hotel had leak from air conditioners on floors above. This is an ongoing leak that has not been fixed for a while. Room needed some maintenence.
