Hampton Inn Somerset

Room set up well. Comfortable chairs. Clean. Roll in shower good. Soap and shampoo dispensers worked well in shower. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Door keys worked well. Beautiful dining area. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Bathroom did not have fan. Husband would have preferred firmer mattress. Breakfast area could use update. No microwave in food area. Husband would have preferred some eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage.

Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were tough, sausage had no taste, gravy had some taste but not much. Coffee was good. No pastries. I would stick to hot waffles, coffee and fruit

TV ¿s in all your Hampton Inns need too be upgraded to tvs adapting to let you watch Netflix,Disney + hula etc. Only complaint I have

Very clean and accommodating. Staff was super nice and the ammenities were wonderful. I didn't want to leave! I'm definitely going back to this hotel when i visit somerset again. I go pretty often to visit family

Only thing even slightly negative, i would say, was the parking was free but there were not enough parking spots. Not a deal breaker, just a little bit of an inconvenience

Exactly what we expected as are most HI's. Lots of pillows! Great breakfast! Super clean!

Only one extra blanket for 2 beds? And Google ap price was $15 below actual minimum.

Had booked two rooms, I said the person that I had booked it for was not coming and before I could ask to change the name on the booking the clerk just cancelled the room and told me there was no way for her to change it or reimburse the charge.

Comfortable bed and hot breakfast with plenty of choices.

very clean excellent breakfast friendly service id for sure recommend and stay again .. they even accommodated our group of like 12 people it was awesome.. my favorite part was how clean it was..
