HORRIBLE... Not clean at all. Need new keys everytime we left our room for 4 days. The elevator stopped working. Cleanliness of the entire hotel was bad. Beds you could feel springs. Fire alarm was pulled, only reason we knew was because FD arrived.

The elevator was out the entire time. My 81 year old mother with a bad back and knees had to walk up a flight of stairs every time she went to her room. Nothing was done to accomodate us. It's a good thing she had a strong daughter to help her!

Quiet rooms, plenty of parking. Location felt safe.

Carpet was dirty in the room, turned my socks brown. We?ve stayed at other Comfort Inns recently and this one was a little less maintained compared to others but still okay for a nights rest.

The QUIET that allowed me to get a good nites sleep for 90% of my stay [2 nights this time]. Also hotel employee at the Front desk is an exceptional young man with respect for people learned from good parenting and just in his DNA! POOL,BEDS,PERFECT!

that the above space didnt allow me to finish; hotel employee is a fine fellow as well! OH, hotel employee, pretty good cook and friendly to all guest too. NOT MUCH TO DISLIKE HERE BESIDES THE 10% -- NOISY IF ROOMS near OR BELOW where U are cleaning, BE QUIET!

Great location. Had a bar/restaurant onsite.

Laundry facilities were lacking and kind of dirty. Carpet in rooms needs to be replaced.

Comfortable bed.

When we got there the room was very hot. Air was off. But once we turned the air on it cooled down pretty fast.

The staff, great expansive selection of TV channels as well.

The shower was set up in a way that both of us kept hitting our elbows on the side part that stuck out. You also cannot rotate the TV, and the Jets in the hot tub we're not strong at all.

Both road noise and noise from adjacent rooms were high. TV noise continued until 3 AM.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very nice and clean

Clean hotel, easy access to interstate. Staff was extremely friendly.

I do not like the 199 dollar hold on my credit card

No luggage carts, bad food for breakfast, expensive pantry prices, service was bad

Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped and clean. Overall I was pleased.

Some general cleaning issues, elevator etc. Staff did not appear very professional.

The entire hotel was non-smoking

The lighting in the hallways was very dim, making it difficult to read the room numbers. Carpeting in the hallways was dirty. There were some minor maintenance items needing to be addressed in our room, such as torn window screen and squeaky hinges.

The breakfast was great

One employee was consistently rude and vindictive. He made fun of me for being ¿from the wrong side of town ¿ then told us because of where I¿m from that made him uncomfortable so we needed to pay $250 or get trespassing charges

The staff was helpful & the location was good for locations we were visiting.

The guest main floor restroom was filthy. The hotel appearance although recently remodeled was still showed it's age.

Comfy bed, nice comfortable room, clean

Hard to tell where front entrance is - but not a huge deal.

Pool was out of service and seemed to have been for quite awhile but wasn¿t mentioned until we were checking in.
