Dirty towels, 30 year-old mattresses, and the staff did nothing about it.

No carpet and a clean feeling

I like a warm breakfast, but happy with at least what was served

The front desk person was friendly. The hotel was easy to find and just off the highway. They allowed our furry family member to stay for just $15/night. The room was clean. The price was right.

For the price and the star level, this was a great hotel. It's not a five star hotel, so having realistic expectations is key.

No elevator and room was on second floor. No breakfast.

Hardwood floors instead of carpet, nicely remodeled

Shower was horrible, barely any water pressure. Fixtures were all new, too

Friendly Staff, so helpful and met all of our needs. Would come back everytime. I will recommend this hotel over all the hotels in the Shelbyville area.

Could be more breakfast. Maybe hot eggs and sausage and eggs and bacon.

Description said there was an indoor pool & so did brochure inside hotel, but there was no pool.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast.

The hotel was located next to a dog kennel and we were woke up by lots of dogs both mornings that we were there.

Great location. It was super clean it did not feel skeevy at all. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came with extra towels 5 minutes after we got into our room so that was a plus not having to go looking for more. Breakfast was great. Loved it!

The walls were super thin and there was a baby in the next room crying all night. Other than that the stay was great

It was really clean

They put a hold on my card automaticlly for a couple days and I didn't expect it and I couldn't assess my money in that account to get gas. That was Friday and so I have to wait until Monday for my funds to be available again.

Exceptionally clean. A good value for the money.

Very minor, but in our room, in order to have our laptop on the desk and plugged in, we had to unplug the microwave. The location of the outlets just wasn't well thought out.

It was clean, nice firm bed. No complaints however, this is a hotel with one of the higher standing beds. I know my elderly mother and I stayed at a previous hotel and she did have problems getting into the taller bed as may some smaller kids

Nothing. Breakfast a little lacking but have seen much worse.

That I only had to spend one night there!

The hotel was dirty and there was a real live snake in the hallway! I had to jump over it to get to the desk to alert the staff, who swept it up in a dustpan and asked me what to do with it.

The location was very convenient to the activities we had planned

The check in took too long and so did the the check out.

It was clean, quiet and easy access to the interstate. The desk clerk gave an excellent recommendation for a steakhouse down the road.

The breakfast bar was not very impressive, but for the price point, everything was better than the star rating

It was VERY clean.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. Mostly individually wrapped pastries, no fruit. The only hot item was using a waffle iron, which is not my favorite. NO eggs.etc. Other than that it was good.

very clean,large bathroom with amenities for disabled. room also clean good TV service, coffee in the morning.
