It was clean but when the systems went down it made the whole experience a nightmare and it was not listed anywhere that there was a $100 deposit which really screwed me over and left me with $60 for the weekend to feed my family and have gas to get home

Super clean. There was a kitchen! Minimally stocked, but truly w all you needed. Full fridge and two cooking plates.

Plates/forks only for 2 (we were w 3) amd the dishwasher is loud, so make sure tk run it when you are not in the roomGuest should be aware there is no breakfast. We didnt mind, breakfast on yr own in room was just fine.

Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Close to the highway. Very comfortable and everything you could need in the rooms.

Bed mattress was not comfortable since it was too soft and did not provide enough support.

The property was not in the middle of town, which was great because it wasn’t a lot of traffic and noise around the hotel. It was very very clean. Also loved that it had a laundry facility.

I thought everything was wonderful and it was great. There wasn’t anything that I disliked about it. One and only thing I would do differently, but it’s not a complaint, since it is on the pricey side, pastries, or some kind of breakfast would be nice.

Suite was big and roomy, bed comfy and it was clean! Staff was friendly too.

The grounds and facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Large room. Comfortable beds. Nice in-room kitchenette with stove top, fridge, and dishwasher. Quiet surroundings. Coffee in the lobby available. Nice patio seating area.

The only issue was a strange noise in the wall that appeared to be water running each time the neighbors used the tub, toilet, or sink. It wasn't an issue for my family (I'm just a light sleeper).

Everything we needed was right there. We wanted a central location for the Bourbon Trail. It was exactly that.

It’s minor, but a chair other than the desk chair would be nice. Sitting on the bed gets old.

Everything was great.it was clean, comfortable, everyone very nice. The outside sitting area was great, I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Not one thing

It was clean and convenient location between Louisville and Lexington.

The only negative was the road construction and that wasn’t even that bad. We couldn’t hear it from the hotel. There were a few minor things in the design, for example: you need a light above the full length mirror and some place to hang your wash cloth in the shower.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Our room had a kitchenette. The bathroom is large with Dove products

It was the most pleasant stay. Clean, friendly staff., great location. When we are here we will definitely stay everytime
