Bed was super comfy. Nice breakfast.

Was very disappionted that the pool wasn't open. It was 83* and a long holiday weekend.

Comfortable bed and location.

A bit Noisy. Dog barking in another room off and on during the night.

The bed was terrible. Massive craters in the spots people have been laying for years and years. Spring mattress that you could feel in your back. Bed needs to be replaced.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee machine was greatly appreciated as was the unexpectedly good included breakfast.

No cash at front desk. Couldn’t get change to tip maid. Couldn’t buy a soda with cash. Manager on Saturday am was incredibly rude.

TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work, could not regulate A/C unit. Breakfast was served late,

Felt very un safe in the shower. Bottom was slick. Not enough hold bars. Bathroom needs exhaust fan.

Clean, great condition hotel with the most awesome wooden key cards I've ever seen. Also the business center to print things was very helpful. Highly recommend better than other higher-rated hotels in the region.

Conveniently located along the bourbon trail, well kept

The location was great and the overall hotel was clean and mostly quiet. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I've been to in a similar hotel type. Staff at the desk was nice, she was there both nights and mornings.

One elevators was broken when we arrived. The next night, both were broken. And that's the night I got up to the third floor, my key card wouldn't work and had to go back downstairs and back upstairs. More irritating than anything.

Nothing at all for our situation

The hotel was not clean.. there are many long stay patrons with animals as well. My s/o has an anaphylactic allergy to pets, so we had requested a room that was not perfect friendly. Staff said they "spray em for snell, not great clean.. we left Awful

The breakfast was the only good thing of the stay.

I had the worst experience of my life in that hotel. The checkin stated at 7pm. We were very tired and once they gave us the room we went to sleep. The room was very dark. In the morning I noticed the room was dirty, they gave us a dirty and gross room!!!

Hotel staff was welcoming and my room was clean and quiet.

The room was good. The toilet was not capable of flushing a single square of toilet paper. I instructed my guest to use the toilet down stairs in the lobby. I personally went outside to the wood line close by and relieved myself three times.

I don¿t know where they get the beds but they sleep wonderful

The only thing was the price for the location. I thought it was high but had to have a place for the night.
