Location, pillow and bed

The room smelled of mold with cleaning fluid smell trying to hide it. Very disappointed and very glad I had benedrl

Quietness of room

Water pressure was very low barely able to take a shower similar to Fairfield I stayed in Denver in September at that location engineer fixed and Water pressure excellent

It was very close to some of the distilleries on our list to visit (e.g. Jeptha Creed). It was newer and very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The spotless condition of the hotel and the friendly staff.

The quality of the food was not good. I would recommend going out for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and very quiet and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and lobby was very inviting.

The breakfast was good and was ready a little early. It allowed us to continue our journey quickly.The location was a little difficult to find. There were no signs near the highway.

Loved the shower! The bedding was great. The room size was nice and well laid out. Everything was very clean.The check-in staff was very accommodating. The colorful shades on the window were nice.

I parked on the side and didn't find a ramp for luggage. I had to bring the luggage over a high curb.I was in the breakfast area over an hour before close and most hot food was gone. Would have been nice to have some fruit choices. The room lacked color.

Clean modern hotel. Perfect location for our needs. Nice staff.

Uncomfortable bed.

Hotel super clean and the staff was so friendly. So quiet too. Breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again when we do our Bourbon trips!

Great facility, good breakfast.

Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day — a fairly significant blight on a hotel brand. I emailed a member of the executive staff, but the reply I received was a bland, face-saving corporate response. There was no real effort to “make things right,” the way we strive to treat our own clients. In fact, the lackluster reply only made the experience worse. That said, the rest of the day-to-day staff were excellent.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Very easy to locate.

Appeared to be a very new facility. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were also very nice.

The location was great. It’s a convenient area for visiting family without having to deal with Louisville.It’s far enough off the main road that there was no road noise.

There were some noisy travelers on our hall and the walls don’t keep that noise out.

Breakfast was great and the Staff was awesome.

I was terribly allergic to a cleaning product that they used in the hotel room and it terribly aggravated my sinuses. I recommend using vinegar baking soda and ammonia. They are all the tools you’ll need to clean the room. Conditioners and fragrances while aggravate some folks.

I loved how friendly the staff was, how clean the hotel was, and how modern and upscale the rooms are. This hotel is always my stopping poing when driving to and from home. Breakfast seems to always be good and delicious.

Brand new building, clean, well kept, great price. Would stay again.

Maybe a little more selection at the breakfast, but it was fine.

Staff was wonderful, room was big, seemed brand new, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect for a comfortable stay if you are in the area!

Only down side was there was no pool. Not a deal breaker but one would make it that much better.
