The king size bed room was little small but functional

The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was horrible. The hard boiled eggs looked dirty and the rooms were way too minimal. Plus no coffee makers or decaf coffee available.

SMELLED LIKE SEWER, ROOM WAS WAY TO SMALL, CRAPPY BED. EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT SEWER SMELL

Supposed to check in 3. We got our keys 5 o?clock. For 2 hours we have to waited in parking lots.

MOLD ON THE WALLS, bathroom door didn?t close, glass shower door hinge was damaged so there was a gap letting water out, ceramic ledge in shower was broken off, mold in the shampoo and soap dispensers, pool heater was broken so the pool was ice cold.

The great breakfast

The room was filthy. Hair in all corners of room including bathroom and shower. One bed had a bug in it. Spiders hanging from ceiling.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to restaurants and shopping center in movie theater.

The rooms were small and the parking is limited.

The room was very small!! The hardwood floors were not fun at 5:30am the room above us woke us up because they were walking so hard on the floors, carpet would have been better with situations like this. The pool was freezing cold! Need Heated pool!

There were tiny ants all over the hotel room. Near the window, the bed, on the floor and in the bathroom. We didn't realize this until we woke up in the morning.

The lobby area was great for our large group. The pool room was large for people to hang out with. The decorations in the hotel were very cute and modern.

The rooms felt a little small. Not the end of the world though.

The room was not very welcoming at all. The shower was stained on the bottom around the edges and the shelf in the shower was barely Hanging on. Definitely not worth the price. I would never recommend this place to any friends or family.

Friendly staff at check in, rooms were very modern and 100% clean. Felt very comfortable staying here and will look for other Tru by Hilton hotels in my work travels! Oh, having a full breakfast was perfect too!

Location, being right off of 75 makes it great for travelers.

Only had vinyl flooring, which was sticky/dirty and made my feet/socks black when I walked around without shoes. The room was extremely small, much smaller than a typical hotel room. Bathroom fan didn't work. Steamy room after shower.

Although I had major issues with the room and had to be moved; the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The hotel was not very clean. I was moved from the first room because the bedding was spoiled. Hair was also in the bed. I moved to another room, and discovered, again, soiled bed linen and hair. The management did not remove snow from parking lot.

Modern, clean, and convenient to the highway.

Room not large enough for a king size bed. No breakfast offered (told it was due to COVID-19).

Quiet, clean, pleasant.

Please provide a complimentary newspaper and some coffee table books.

Shower door leaks. The rooms with 2 queens the bedframe is too low and too close together. Banged my shin multiple timee

Clean and newer hotel in area. Only 2 years old. Easy off freeway to stop in pouring rain for the night.

Plastic shower floor was very slick.

The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious.
