Location, staff, modern appearance.

The room was small and did not seem to match the room layout as it appeared online.

Very clean, modern, friendly staff. It was such a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was very clean! Afternoon check in clerk was very personable! Very comfortable and clean. We stayed there on our return trip since it was outstanding during first stay!

The room was well laid out in the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

I booked online and asked for Ground floor and I got there the person in front of me got the last ground-floor room because the rooms were clean and this is 3:30 in the afternoon so I just think it could be a little better reservation procedure.

The staff are AWSOME, room was great one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Good breakfast for hotel food.

The property was nice

My sheets had stains on them and there was hair in my bed and in my shower. Paid a good amount of money for the room and didn’t expect to have to clean before going to sleep

The pillows are little uncomfortable

Proximity to the University. My son and nephew participated at a camp at EKU. It was also close to a variety of dining establishments and shops like Walmart.

Not as clean as I expected and the rate was higher than expected.

The decor was modern and stylish. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful & friendly. Location was great, walkable to bowling alley, shopping and restaurants. My favorite feature is the outdoor fire pit.

A little pricey compared to other area hotels.

the size of the suites was perfect, except when using the sofa bed. the facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Staff was not that friendly.You say " good morning", and they ignore you. Not all staff was friendly.

it was close to the freeway, rooms were clean and spacious and had a full size kitchen and a stovetop. The staff was excellent especially Paul. He was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Paul even helped us clean off our car during a snowstorm which I appreciate since my husband has cancer. He is a keeper! All of your staff was so pleasant we came back on our way home and stayed an extra day!!!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like and would highly recommend staying there. We will stay here again when we come through here again.

Close to the freeway, comfortable, clean and large rooms. Excellent staff especially Paul! Paul was very helpful with suggestions of places to go and places to eat. He even helped my husband (he has cancer but Paul was unaware of that) clean off our car from the snowstorm. He is definitely a keeper. All of your staff was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be sorry!
