nice hotel, clean

We are Hilton honor members and we did not get our points added. I paid for the room with my card, but when my husband whos name was added went to check in, they would not let him. They called me at the airport and were very rude.

Quiet. Only 3 floors, close to lots of things

Friendly staff, great pool and nice rooms. My only issue was we couldn't take a shower there was no water pressure. No available room to move too with 2 beds.

We could not take a shower. No water pressure because of the amount of guests in the hotel. We couldn't switch rooms none avaible with 2 beds as I have 2 children. I had one child asleep so I couldn't just leave my room to go to a shower.

We had to have a TV replaced it was totally blue it should have been replaced before we got to the room but don't know if anybody reported it being bad but they did replace it the second day we appreciate that.

The room was clean but sparsely decorated. So sparse that our voices echoed. Not a ?homey? room.

The front desk employee was unable to give us connecting rooms but told us we could wait for the manager. I¿m disappointed that Hilton sold their rooms and I was unable to book with my honors points

Location was great and the staff were wonderful.

Overall the experience was good the bed was uncomfortable though.

We booked this hotel based on the fact that it had a pool for our kids to use so that they could get some exercise during our road trip break, but the pool heater was broken or not fully functioning because the water was so cold they could not use it.

This Hampton Inn was very good. I found the staff to be especially pleasant and professional. The room was great and up to Hampton standards. The breakfast did not disappoint with pumpkin spice waffles! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service was AMAZING right from checking in. Theresa took great care and offered us ideas for dinner. Very CLEAN. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Hotel is right off of the highway. Very nice area to stay with lots of shopping and restaurants. ¿Â

Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Room was quiet.

Bed was ROCK HARD.Sofa was ROCK HARD as well.VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. (ROOM 215)The breakfast was bad. Meat raw in the middle. Would love to have our money back!! Staff had not one care in the world to ask us how our stay was when we checked out. Not good.

Location was great, it was clean and staff was friendly.

The room smelled heavily of pledge. The bathroom door did not provide privacy. The breakfast could have had a little more selection, and the pool for being heated felt quite cold.

Very clean, convenient to the highway, comfortable beds, highly recommend.

Area leading to the first floor elevator could use some remodeling.

Parking lot was not clear of snow and slushy. Entrance area was very slippery.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was updated and very clean. We will definitely visit again next year.

In all Hampton Hotels bedding choices are a thick comforter or just a sheet. Ask for extra blankets to eliminate the constant temperature complaints, especially kids.
