They are short staffed on cleaning crew but still charging customers high prices ... my room had several large tangles of hair on the shower wall... the floors had debris on them still .. doubtful the room had been cleaned .

See the above ... this is the second time this happened to me.. won't give them another chance . Can't be sure if they are actually cleaning the rooms and changing the sheets!

Location

I chose this over another site because it offered a hot breakfast over a continental breakfast. I would not have classified it as a hot breakfast. It had Waffles you could make or hard boiled eggs you could heat up in the microwave. And instant oatmeal.

The shower curtain was to short. When you took a shower water got all over the floor. The sink did not have a stopper in it. This made taking out my contacts/putting in my contacts a real challenge. The shower head only worked on massage setting.

The location and reception was nice

The breakfast extremely minimal and room was dated the chair at the desk look like something that should of been in trash. When grandson looked at his feet before bed looked like he been playing outside in the yard.

Easy access from parking lot to room.

The swimming pool was a poor experience. The anti slip grips were slippery. I injuryed myself trying to step into the pool.

Yhe front desk person needs an attitudeadjustment. Overpriced for a building that leaks water everywhere when it rains. Dark and dreary.

Location was great for commute to Eastern Kentucky University and the heated pool was okay.

Don't be fooled by the pictures or description of the hotel. The hot tub has been removed and covered over permanently and there is no hot breakfast eggs or meat only waffles and continental type foods and the dining room is outdated not like the pics.

I'm! there were loose wires on one side of the bed, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the sink was badly cracked, and there was some kind of stain in the bathtub. the remote to the TV did not work half the time. the love seat pull out was stained & old

The hotel is under construction they didn¿t info of that. My air was really loud and was working well. Other then that my stay was good and location was surrounding a lot of restaurants.

Very friendly staff and extremely clean! We go a couple times a year and are never disappointed.

Location, location, location

The breakfast was nothing more than drinks and cold items. I booked the hotel just for the hot tub. There was no HOT TUB and the pool was closed.

Bed was past it¿s prime. Some Outdoor lighting not functioning. Hotel grounds were in disrepair.

Convenient off highway.

There were a few bugs in bathroom. The door to the room and to the bathroom would not stay closed unless locked. Gap in door let hallway light in.

The location is right off of the highway and has everything within walking distance (restaurants, shopping, bowling, and gas stations).

The carpet in the hallway and rooms were fifty. Walls need to be painted. The bed linen had yellow stains as well as the mattress on the pull out sofa bed. Stains on the linen could have been from the dryer. A roach was spotted in a family members room.

It was next to starbucks!!

The room had cobwebs hanging off the walls...lots of them. The Jets in the tub didn't work at all. The room was advertised as a suite with King size bed and sleeper sofa and there was no sleeper sofa so all the kids slept with me. Most unpleasant stay!

Met expectations of star level. Good basic Accommodations with easy on & off of US 75.

Easy interstate access & close to gas, food

We had to change rooms 3 times due to ROACHES crawling on the walls, floor , & in one of the rooms across the bed!

Easy check-in and easy check-out. Easy to find. Breakfast was above average. Staff very friendly.

It was somewhat comfortable

It was way over priced for what it was like. The ceilings were stained the wallpaper was peeling off the walls the pool was cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with broken jets that shot the water straight up into your face. The carpet was dirty and had not
