Loud TV next door, limited breakfast menu, sketchy patrons ( police found a dead body on 2nd floor).

absolutely nothing. We couldn't even stay for 5 minutes

The door to the outside is not locked and there were random people coming in. Someone was smoking meth in the back parking lot. There was a person outside the room window with a shopping cart looking in. Filthy inside, foul smell, stained/unwashed towels.

There was no remote for the TV or TV signal. The breakfast sucked. There was no security door. The Front Desk guy did not know how to check people out or use the computer. The vending machine was empty. It was just a disaster and no chair in the room.

There was a chunk out of the vinyl floor between the bed and the bathroom that was a safety hazard with sharp edges. Also loud banging knocking noise started prior to 7 am so no way to sleep. The noise sounded like it was coming from a washing machine

Pool and hot tub had been closed for months and no mention of this on booking or by hotel staff at check in.first room they gave us had no phone or alarm clock or working tv.second room had working tv.mold on ceiling tiles and a laundry list of issues.i

Really nice clean room. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were much better than most. Nice breakfast( included)

Remodeling at present time...no carpet on stairs, understandable. Pool was closed, was kind of a disappointment.

under construction. no lighting over beds, mirror was leaning against the wall. door would not close properly. dragging. frig froze all our food. breakfast buffet had had no fruit and cereal bins were almost empty.

I gave my keys back to the front desk less than 1 hour after I checked in. They were in the middle of renovations that are going to improve the hotel. Nice except that the glue fumes were so strong that i felt sick.

The pool and hot tub.

The front office guy made me wait 10 minutes for him on a phone call about carpets before asking them to wait and checking me in. Another employee was staring at my friends and I in the pool and hot tub. Room floor was filthy.

I did not like there wasn?t pool towels available and was told to us my shower towels. Then not provide new shower towels

Breakfast had a lot of selection but was the same every day.

Cops were yelling in the building at 6:30 am, chasing a suspect. Trash was overflowing next to the vending machine. Curtains didn't keep out the spotlights shining in the window. Bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. Room was extremely far away from lobby.

The motel was terrible we had to switch rooms 2 times the first room was dirty dog hairs on the bed covers so dusty u could write your name on the furniture so they switched our room and that room was ate up with bed bugs. So we had to switch rooms again

Everything plus the night desk clerk was very rude

Pretty much everything....2.5 star rating is a joke! Old hotel, room smelled like the room was a smoking room in the 90's and 2000's. Beds uncomfortable, all furniture was so-so. To charge $100 plus a night or anything close to that is a joke.

Absolutely nothing! The service was horrible. The entir hotel smelled of mold. There were multiple room doors cracked open like they were waiting for Johns to be coming in and out. Very loud cars outside with men coming in & out. This place is deplorable!

This whole experience was horrifying. The front desk clerk was not knowledgable, didn't know how to direct us to our room. I brought up our concerns and he shrugged it off. People smoking pot, drunk, right outside our window. A tissue in the peephole.

The floors were dirty and sticky, the pool was ice cold and the hot tub had like bleach or some type of heavy chemical that caused my son to not be able to breathe and continue coughing until he got sick. It was causing other guests before to cough as wel

The location was great. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area.

The breakfast was on the cold side. We had to put it in the microwave to warm up the eggs and gravy. The did not have yogurt and no milk to drink. They had a tip jar for the server. I have never stayed anywhere that they had a tip jar.
