Inside it was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was competent and very friendly.

The majority of the walkways and the parking lot was flat out dangerous. 3-4 inches of ice needed to be maneuvered in 90% of the outdoor space. I truly can’t believe that my husband and/or myself did not have a fall.

The breakfast was actually pretty good. The staff was so kind. We bombarded the lobby to have dinner and the staff changed the channel for our kids and I thought it was so sweet since he didn’t have to. Then when we went to leave, my car broke down. The maintenance manager went out of his way to jump out car and get us back on the road. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Very clean. Excellent location. Staff (Rhonda) was very helpful and courteous. Talked to the white haired (white goatee) maintenance man from Berea. He was also very courteous.

There is ZERO insulation or sound deadening in this hotel!!!

We could hear ever door slam shu all night! Our room air conditioner was excessively loud!

That it is right off the highway.

Everything about the staff. The room was disgustingly dirty. There was no way someone was in there to clean. Dirty washcloth left, hair everywhere, trash cans still full, empty toilet paper, bed was wrinkly. When I went to talk to the front, I was just met with we can't help. I asked to move rooms, told they were full (I checked online and you could still book rooms). I also mentioned that we booked a king suite and showed the receipt but were given a queen suite and told they wouldn't give me a king suite. When I discussed that it wasn't clean, they came up and removed the trash and washcloths but did nothing else to clean the room and would not move us. It was disgusting.

Loved how spacious the room was along with the outdoor lounge area complete with a fire ring. The room itself was very clean and the breakfast was very hot and very good!!

The room was clean and well appointed.

There was a large group made up of hotel guests and non-guests having a cultural gathering taking up the entire lobby and the outside sidewalk/courtyard leading into the hotel. We couldn't even see where to check in. This is not a convention style hotel with meeting rooms or entertainment spaces for large groups, so the fact that this was permitted was a little odd. The loud crowd did not end there, but spilled into the hallway and rooms around where we stayed. We had to call the front desk at midnight to request assistance with the party next door and the screaming children running up and down the hallway. Nothing was done. The next morning, we discovered there was also an issue with the water and there was no hot water available for a shower. We again called the front desk and were told maintenance was aware. This was also not resolved before we checked out.

The hotel was clean, neat and tidy. I only went to the pool but it was clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk (i believe the manager over the hotel) was kind and helpful.
