Price.

Very outdated and only provided the bare minimum. No new towels for a 3 day stay. One bar of soap thin enough to see through.

Being able to sleep

I asked for no house keeping the maids just walked right in. Had stuff come up missing

Location of the hotel

The room was dated with furniture, carpet, etc. requiring a serious upgrade. We had to move into another room after one of the beds legs broke just 15mins after sitting on it.

Nothing. Smelled like cigarettes & everything was dirty. There was a burn hole in my beds blanket. Roaches.

EVERYTHING

First night refrigerator or TV wasn't working. Went to front desk he offered to get us another room. That never happened. He did fix the TV. The refrigerator was unplugged. He plugged it in. When it was opened it smelled like year old rotten food. Roaches

Absolutely nothing. Sprayed the beds with bed bug spray and literally seconds later little bugs started coming out. Place is old, outdated and disgusting. Wasn't in the room for 10 minutes total. Bedsheets and towels were dirty looking. Building smells.

We didn't like anything about this hotel

The lights didn't work, had a funky odor, and roaches running up the wall. This place wasn't clean at all

For a non smoking room...the room stinks of cigarettes. All chairs had stains. Wall outlet next to the bed was falling off the wall. The heater was putting out warm and cold air at the same time( warm air coming out of the middle of the vent, cold air at both ends of the vent. Door for outside entrance had BAD air leaks all around the door. Ony 1 light next to the bed worked. Very very unsatisfactory.

No Kleenex, door from back lot broken at base corner, limited towels I.e, no extra. Some lights didn’t work or plug either (1).

Pleasant, quaint room, very comfortable bed, and close to the highway. Very cute older hotel, but clean and front desk man was very nice.

Decent for being on a budget

I waited 20 mins in the lobby left and came back before staff was there to check me in

Karaoke and the staff

My stay at the courtyard by Marriott was all but pleasing. There was no indication that this hotel was a live in hotel. So immediately upon walking in there was a strong smell of marijuana. The reservation was not immediately found and standing at the front desk were people talking to the associate and drinking alcohol. It was not a private moment at all, it should’ve been especially since I had to give my card and other personal information to the agent. Upon entering the room there was a light but noticeable mildew smell in the room. I exited the room to go to the front desk and no one was there because the staff was in the room doing karaoke. The next day I proceeded to walk out on the balcony only to find it was not private at all. In fact it was right above a public sitting area. I walked out and to my surprise there were several people sitting there. I scurried back inside and turned the television on. This is when I realized the speakers were blown on the television. The sound was distorted and sometimes went out. I left the room and advised the front desk of the issues and was told no one was there to help the situation. I then asked for the room to be cleaned and again no one was available. The ice maker didn’t work and there was only one in the entire place. I had to ask for additional pillows as there were only 2 on the bed. There are so many other things. This stay was not enjoyable at all. From watching drug transactions happening on the property and more. This is not what I expect of the Marriot and was greatly displeased. Please rectify this situation with a full refund as I didn’t even stay the whole trip.

The location

They entered my room while not there cleaned and my whole bucket of KFC was gone. Never got the first piece of chicken out of the bucket.
