As always, very friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel appears newly renovated. That said the room seemed a bit stark and cold.

Location

The room smelled like cigarettes, especially the bathroom. When we used the shower the smell was even stronger. Hairs on toilet and bathroom counter top.

Clean and comfortable

Noise level from above room was terrible. You could every little thing which kept me awake

Clean and the breakfast was hot -

Room was setup weird. Suite style couch without TV in area. No table for drinks or snacks. Luggage stand was under TV and when opened the top hit TV. This was medium bag out of a set.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was handled quickly.

It is now being remodeled. This was not a problem but needs some updating. Breakfast was okay but not great.

Hotel is under construction with remodeling, but it wasn't a problem at all. The staff met my expectations, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good.

It was hard to find a parking space, but the front clerk came through for us and got us a great parking space.

It was quiet. Breakfast was great!

The room smelled weird like they had used some sort of chemical or something to mask odors. Definitely not something that you want to smell all night.

The breakfast room was being remodeled, so everyone was jammed into a smaller conference area. It was a little tight in there but the food was good and I'm sure the remodeled space will be nicer when it's done.

Very friendly staff. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The a/c did not cool well and there were no USB ports in the room.

The Mattresses were AWFUL!!! So Hard!! Most hotels at this price range have awesome mattresses. I did report it to the front desk when I checked out and he made a note of it.

The location and price were great.

My bathtub was dirty, the toilet did not flush and the room was very damp (high humidity) - when I mentioned all this at checkout there was no service recovery extended. I was really disappointed.

I had trouble adjusting the shower.

Thus was clean with a great breakfast, but BEST part was the soap and shampoo and conditioner in shower. They have large pump-release supply, no little bottles to try to get product out. Less waste.

Beds are hard!

Location

The central air unit was not working correctly and it made everything feel real wet. It even made our vitamins and daily medicines get gross. Could not move in the bed because everything was sticking to you. It caused my husband to get a bad cough.

Convenient to the highway; I liked the size of the room and the updated condition of the hotel overall

My son's feet were dirty from walking around in the room, and the plug in the bathtub did not work.

I was really impressed with this hotel! Clean room, excellent breakfast and a perfect workout room! Plus, they let me know that they would be serving fresh popcorn and juice around 4:30pm that was so helpful, since we were having a late dinner.
