Best Western Paris Inn

The front desk employee who checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. She had noticed us pull in and park with our trailer and without being asked offered us a room in front of our trailer for our convenience.

The front desk clerk at breakfast was just sitting behind the counter playing on his phone while the coffee urns were all empty and the majority of the food was empty. Keep the coffee urns full at least.

Nothing. I could not believe they did no refund me at least a one night stay.

In my first room the air conditioner did not work. When I got up in the morning my shower did not work. I was given a new room at 6 in the morning and later that afternoon they sent someone to check the A/c which he broke the cover.

My room was very quiet. It was clean and spacious. It was wonderful compared to where I stayed prior to arriving in Paris, KY!

The bed was comfortable .

I was given a room by the laundry on the highway side. I arrived at 5:30pm. It was a very noisy room. I would not satay again if I was given a room facing the road. The rooms in back are quiet (I moved to another room).

Location

Yes a truck backed up out side our room and started his truck and left it running and the gasoline fumes were coming in through the the AC or closed window and could have gases us with Carbon Monoxide. I called front desk when I smelled the fumes

Hotel had been recently renovated. The rooms and furnishings were very nice, comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised.

It is a 2 story hotel with no elevator. I had a lot of stuff so I had to make several trips up and down. I was okay with it, but a second floor room could pose a problem to some. This would not prevent me from staying there again.

I was really grateful for the respite, decent bed and shower...

It was not really worth the price paid. Was hard to get to room with where staircase was only in the middle and a bit of a construction site.

The receptionist was very nice.

It was nasty, loud, the walls are paper thing, there was a hole in the shower wall. Worst hotel experience I¿ve ever had.

Checking out

Tobacco in the toilet. Coffee pot had left over coffee from previous guest. Stains on the bedsheets. Saw two cockroaches.

The staff was very friendly and accommodateing. Nice breakfast and comfortable bed.

The rool could have been a little cleaner.

Did not stay here due to a friend that stayed the night before encountering many issues, number one being a bedbug on her pillow in the morning. General uncleanliness, poor service from the staff, noise, smoke smell.

The room was filthy and smelled horrible. There were stains and dust everywhere. This hotel should not be rated an 8+

The front desk staff was wonderful. I forgot my phone charger and asked if there was a charging station. One of the ladies kindly got her wall plug from her purse for me to use. She said just take it to your room and return it tomorrow.

Difficult to find due to poor signage. Steps on the stairway are uneven and it felt dangerous, especially with my elderly mother.

Free breakfast. Lots of people can be heard talking thru very thin walls.

Very hard to find at night due to tiny sign & location behind an auto dealer. Old hotel design with exterior doors & NO ELEVATOR! Had to climb very dangerous stairs & walk to opposite side of building. Trash & cigarette butts everywhere. Room very small.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The common area of the front lounge and the breakfast lounge we're impeccably cleaning for that I was thankful.

I was incredibly disappointed that it was basically a motel. The common areas were super clean, but our room still felt about his grimy as a motel. I was very uncomfortable with it having the room door leading straight outside and into the parking lot.

Much better than a few years ago when we last stayed. Updated rooms, good mattress.

Neighbors were loud, and the noise came through the "adjoining" doors, which did not fit tightly. Seems some weather strip on those might help things.

I was surprised the hotel was as nice as it was for only being a 3-star. The room was perfect which was unusual for an older building. The front office lady was very warm, genuine, friendly. The continental brkfst was as good as a 5-star.

I have nothing negative to say. I would definitely stay again, if needed.
