Quality Inn Murray University Area

Rooms were quiet and clean.

Breakfast was not great.

The room was clean

The indoor pool was ice cold. When we arrived to our room the was not toilet paper. We could hear every step from the room above us.

It was cleaner than the worst hotel we¿ve ever slept in but not half as clean as the cleanest hotel we¿ve slept in.

It was dark and outdated and the entire building had a bad smell.

Close to Murray State.

WWWWAAAAAAYYYYY overpriced! But then again all hotels in Murray are wwwwaaaayyy overpriced! $-- for a Quality Inn is  way too much. But the only alternative was spending $-- to stay elsewhere in a dumpy old motel.

Simple but clean. Conveniently located, but not scenic. Met my needs.

Clean, looked to be recently remodeled. Breakfast looked good but skipped. Had eggs & link sausage along with the ususal contentinal offerings. Staff was friendly.

Rooms were pretty cramped especially the bathroom. Although it looks like they recently remodeled and it's a non smoking facility I could smell the butts in the hallway. Also could slightly detect a lingering smoke smell in our room despite the attempt to

Pleasant staff comfortable beds* complimentary breakfast *I stayed in room #123 in the bed closest to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I am in need of a new mattress here at home, please send me the make and model number. thank you

rooms and bathroom a little small for a big person

We were there with a student group. As a sponsor I struggle to find affordable, safe and clean accommodations. This was all of those. There was even a pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly.

Comfortable beds, clean, close to shopping and dining areas.

I think there may have been too much chlorine in the pool, could not see the bottom. But had a good time in it.

Very dated. Served a purpose for just a place to sleep.

Receptionist

The extend a day deal was no deal...it was the exact same price.

Staff where very helpfull

Bed bugs

Service n Cleanliness

Everything great front desk people wonderful fad a lot of good conversations with them all

No complaints

The staff was very nice.

breakfast not so much ,location was good

ice machine, directions wrong . second floor had directions to vending and ice machine that did not exist. had no vending machine on first floor ,only cokes at check in desk and they would not take a card. lady there did not care.

Location

Old motel. In process of renovations mostly cosmetic. Noisy, lot of in and out traffic. Thus noisy. Just another old motel bought by foreigners.

Great location. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We've stayed multiple times here and will continue to do so.

Location

Room needs updated and you had to find a employee to get in to the pool and some of the exterior doors wouldn't work and you'd have to go around to the lobby to get in.
