Very clean Very friendly Good price

The service was the first things I noticed and enjoyed, I wish I could remember her name but from the start the service was awesome. Further more, the room was clean and comfortable, bed was clean and comfortable.

While not rude front desk staff acted disinterested in me. They acted like I was interrupting their life. No smiling no how are you. Etc

Very clean room and hotel. The breakfast room staff and the person at the desk in the morning were very pleasant.

At check in, the 2 people at the desk were rude, aggravated that I wanted to double check my payment status. They also talked badly about a coworker who allegedly allowed someone to pay cash for a room without a credit card on file. Distracted & rude.

was very nice big room had everything as expected, frig ,micro . The tv was not very big don't think it was 38 inch . Its was a nice stay

the internet wasn't that good . tv to small, toilet pooled water around after flushing

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained and looks and feels new. The location is excellent, with a view of the mountains, surrounded by grass and trees. (The mountain view may change as trees grow, though.) Very peaceful & relaxing.

There was nothing we didn¿t like.

Away from main road and noise. Had nice breakfast available and to go bags.

The hotel was very clean and the toom was huge. Staff provided true southern hospitality. It is clise yo big stores in case you forget to pack snything. Like I do.

Nothing. The cost was higher that expected but is was close to major attractions so it was priced well.

The bathroom had what looked like a fan to remove the steam but no switch was found to activate it. A list of the tv channels would’ve been much appreciated.

Found hair woven into a bath towel I was going to use. Rates are too high for a hotel that does not have a pool on premises. Other chains seem to be more aggressive on rates for guests that travel Have a take it or leave it kind of business plan

It was convenient ,clean, served very good breakfast, staff helpful .

New. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Back away from road so was quiet. Checked in at 1:00am and clerk already had the paperwork and key cards ready.

Clean, friendly, well appointed, and nice breakfast...hard to beat at this star level.

Bathroom sink a little slow to drain...that's it.

Very clean and location next to a wooded area. Nice breakfast. Great if you are visiting Cumberland Gap.

WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA PERSON IN ROOM EVENTHOUGH WHEN I RESERVED ROOM IN FEBRUARY I SAID 3 ADULTS IN MY ROOM.

The free breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

Our hotel was next to the ice machine and the lobby. Room 109. Very noisy.

The location ,cleanliness ,the staff was very polite and the breakfast was very good .

The beds where just a little to firm and some of the guest ignored the 10:00 pm quite curfew
