The staff was great john was exceptional at his customer service he was above and beyond

Continental breakfast was amazing!! Lots to choose from. The staff was friendly & helpful. And the rooms were nice.

Our tub drain was plugged. Wasn't fun standing in water while we showered.

This hotel is very nice. The location is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

It was clean and quiet. The air worked really well and my bed was clean and comfortable.

The fact that I had to change rooms and the second room had a tv that did not work. The indifference of the staff. The way we were handled.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way when we needed something. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It could use some minor updates

It was cheaper than most for a weeks stay.

It was dark and dreary looking. Not enough light in the room. Extremely large desk in the corner that took up so much space. The bathroom was very tight and the room door slammed every time it closed unless you held on to it.

Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing with our girls. She made the trip memorable for them. Our room was huge and better than expected. This will be our Madisonville hotel from now on.

Not a single thing.

Everything was top quality---from the luxurious, soft bedding to the room decor...loved the draperies. I felt I was staying in a 5 star hotel. I was truly impressed with how clean the room was. The breakfast was fresh and the staff was super friendly.

I had a problem with the remote for the tv, but that was not my priority anyway.

It was clean the front desk lady was amazing.

The fans in the bathroom did not work. Would have been nice to take a hot shower and not fog up the mirror or make the floor extremely dangerous due to moisture build up. Not even towels helped. They slid causing me to fall, catching myself on tub.

We do not travel a lot. Sadly this trip was a funeral and difficult times for me. I was thankful for our clean, wonderful smelling room and so pleased to get my shoes off. Everything was more than I expected. Front desk staff wonderful and décor nice.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The place was clean and breakfast was really good.

Although it was going under construction, I barely noticed.

The hotel lobby was dressed up for the Christmas holidays and was done every tasteful, The breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage and a hole lot more, I was very happy to see that for breakfast instead of waffles like most hotel. I was there on business
