Location in NuLu was perfect for our other plans. Walking to great food and nightlife. Parking on site, great for a city hotel.
Fee for parking. Not bad I just hate extra fees.

The location was great for walking to; shops, bars and restaurants.
I wish the hotel would’ve had a pool and a good coffee shop.

fantastic location, so much to do within walking distance. Hotel is beautiful, smells amazing, great amenities and staff was really personable. views from room were added bonus. Bed and pillows super comfy.
toilet in bathroom should have been parallel to the vanity. the way it’s placed makes it tight.

It was a nice hotel.
You have to pay for garage parking of $24 per night. Pay food breakfast per person. You had to pay for service animal fee for damage. Which you can not charge for a ADA Service Animal. It is against the law. The room was not Accessible as they claimed. They basically will charge you for everything you need and extra. So not a wallet family friendly place to stay.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown Louisville! It’s close to everything we wanted to do. My room was comfortable and beautiful, but was a little cramped. The bathroom was immaculate, I took one of the best showers I’ve ever had during my stay.
Checking in was a huge pain. I was visiting Louisville for Forecastle festival and checked in around noon. I was told that my room key would be ready for me after the time I said I was coming back. After I got back from a full day at the festival I had to stand at the front desk for 45 minutes because apparently I wasn’t in the system. The person who was “helping” me was very snarky. I was calm and waited patiently for them to figure the problem out but they didn’t make it easy at all. I also had to double pay for parking which is pretty annoying.

Location was great, had an excellent Cuban restaurant next door, very clean and secure.
No microwave in the room, coffee maker very slow, they charged $2.00 for coffee downstairs and it was $16.00 for breakfast which was basically continental breakfast. And you couldn¿t get either until 6:30am.

Location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, modern, and easy in/out from the garage.
The street noise can be a little loud. Didn¿t bother me but I know people that would have issues with it

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was great. Even when I had a concern, they acted quickly and didn't give me any hassle.
The clean up staff was not friendly at all and wouldn't even speak back when I greeted them.
