Location made it an easy walk to the event we were attending and local restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean no weird smells.
Pool water was a bit cloudy but also seemed overly chlorinated. The mattress was not the most comfortable but not the worst either.

Everyone was very friendly, even the golfs working the late shifts and morning shift. So nice. The rooms were nice clean with nice bedding and great towels. I o think they are hurting themselves by using cheap toilet paper though. All together, Louisville won, and we had an enjoyable stay.
We stopped a truck stop that 10x better toilet paper than you had in your fancy hotel.

The location was perfect for our trip. The front staff was wonderful.
I didn’t like how the checkout time is 12p and house keeping used a key and tried to open the door to my room at 9am. They would have walked in the room had it not been for the guard at the top of the door. When we left the cart was in the middle of the hall so you couldn’t even get by.

We could walk to museums and restaurants. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Our room overlooked the arena during the graduation ceremonies for U of Louisville, giving us front row view of their fireworks display - an unexpected treat!
It was heartbreaking to see vagrants sleeping on the streets of downtown Louisville.

location is amazing!! walking distance to the Louisville comedy club and O’Shaes. Amazing shower. Excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable and LOVE that they have full pillows instead of the little square ones. All the staff was amazing and very very helpful. very clean and sanitized. even the remote was bagged. the reading chair in room was very comfortable too. the hotel smelled amazing
you pay for parking. BUT it’s convenient to everything and if you traveled anywhere, you’d have to pay for public parking anyways.
