We first was put in a room that smelled very bad like cigarettes. She moved us to a room that had a leaking air conditioner with a bucket under it. It sounded like water running all night. Emptied it twice. Carpet under it was wet.

The layout of the rooms were nice. Would have been nice to have connecting rooms, but that wasn't an option, so we made it work without it. Breakfast options were decent.

Though the rooms were clean in general (except the edges of the room where there was significant dust buildup), everything is desperately in need of upgrading. Carpets stained. Wallpaper falling off the walls in the hallway. Drywall needs patching, etc.

Room size, bathroom size and function were great, free breakfast was nice.

The room we were given needs renovated. The ceiling was moldy, the shower faucet and drain were in bad shape. The bed was terrible and felt very old. The swimming pool while inside was ice cold and the kids were disappointed and ended up not swimming.

Bad weather day. No paths from parking lot cleared. I am disabled. Had to walk through snow/ice. Parking lot should have been cleared better. Very icy.

Hall & elevator carpets were smelly & filthy

Giant hot tub in room that did not work. I didn't ask nor pay for one, but it felt like I was given a broken room. Whatever they could give me.

The bed was good.

The room was not up to Comfort Inn standards. Pool wasn¿t open. Breakfast was horrid. No yogurt, no coffee, eggs were cold, no toast, no bagels , no spoons, 3rd shift worker came with bare hands and put out some bagels.

The elevator was out of order. They didn't have enough staff to clean the double rooms or the pool. They tried to ask me for "papers" for my service dog. Overall, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The young girl at the check in counter was nice.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The morning kitchen cook / manager was especially friendly and made the hotel experience a pleasure.

Only problem was we paid $-- online but when we got our i the following day our bill was only $-- tried calling about it but couldn’t get no one to answer

The location is what I liked best. It was right off the exit and close to the restaurant we planned to eat at. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and sweet.

The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, the tile around the toilet was disgusting, there were dead bugs under the bathroom vanity, something gross on the bead spread and the drain was slow in the shower.

I like that the room comes with a seating area, microwave and refrigerator. The room was recently updated so the furniture and finishes are nice. We also had attentive people at the front desk and breakfast area. It is located close to restaurants.

It was in a good location and the front desk staff was awesome!

We killed multiple cockroaches in our King Suite. The cleaning staff wasn't as friendly and wouldn't even say good morning. The drinking fountain by the pool either needs a severe cleaning or to be removed. Disgustingly dirty.
