Convenient, readonable price, friendly, helpful staff.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast.

The night clerk did not advise us the hotel was pet friendly. We had a barking dog above us during the night making for a somewhat sleepless evening. We will know to ask in the future but as a Hilton Honors member I would have thought they would mention

The Continental breakfast was very poor and room size was small

Everyone was so nice and I think went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

Wasnt informed of the renovation that was going on, was hard to locate where to check in. Under the bed was dirty and dusty. There was also trash under one of the beds.

Easy to find

The property was under Heavy reconstruction. This was NOT noted in the description. We had to enter thru a side dark door to go down a hallway covered in Sheetrock to find the desk. The elevator door on my shut 1/2 way as we traveled up to the 3rd floor. It was scary. I do not mind reconstruction but sure should have been told what we were walking into.

It was within 3 miles of my destination. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings

Room was super clean which we loved, beds were great. Breakfast was really good too.

Bathrooms need updated, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was empty, however I didn’t have time to mention, be was there for a family funeral. They called when on our way they only have one room that is handicap walk in shower and that room only has one bed we couldn’t accept, there was 3 of us. Myself, my 88 yr old mom with dementia and disabilities, and my 38 yr old son. Very disappointed with the parking, big equipment blocked all handicap spaces in the pkg lot near the side door we used for entering bldg closest to our room for my mom who can’t walk long distances.

The only two things that were sub par were the price and the bathroom tiles. They were cracked and out dated. The staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The property is becoming dated. The bed was not great. We have not stayed here for a few years and noticed a decline in facilities.
