    Very Good

    Based on 222 reviews

    Pros +

    • Great Location.
    • Central downtown location with secure underground parking, rooftop pool (small but nice), rooftop lounge & bar, on-site restaurant options, and more. Our check-in was seamless, our room was clean, and the entire hotel felt very chic and modern.
    • Breakfast buffet, location and lovely bathroom

    Cons -

    • 1. The tub handle came off when I went to turn the shower on. 2. Parking should be validated by the hotel at the price they charge. 3. No microwave. 4. Fridge not cold at arrival. 5. No complementary breakfast for the price of the room.
    • If you're a light sleeper and not used to city noises you may need some earplugs. The pool was also unexpectedly closed on our last day and we were told it was due to the chemicals. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
    • Not enough light in the room itself

The location was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The noise from the street was a bit more than we bargained for. We were on a lower floor and close to a few bars that were doing very well that night. (Cheers to them!)

Location downtown is convenient to restaurants and bars. We had a corner room and loved it. This hotel is only 2 years old and is in fantastic condition.

This is a new property and the staff and accommodations were great. Also located downtown Lexington with great places to eat nearby.

I loved everything about this hotel.

I hate that for the price you pay to stay, the parking of all things is not included.

Great location to rupp arena which is why we stayed there. Friendly and helpful staff. I really liked how you have to use your room key for the elevator. Felt that was an added measure of security.

The only think I thought was a little much was the price of parking in the underground garage. But it was very accessible and you dont have to walk outside to get to it from the hotel. Just take the elevator, so that was nice.

    It was very nice.

The fact we lost power and no estimated time it would be fixed. Staff acted like they did not care.

The room and view, amenities, close walking distance to restaurants and stores

Prepaid for room via booking.com and then was charged the full room amount plus incidental when arriving onsite. I noticed the extra charge and confronted the gentleman at the front desk, who was rude and acted put out when I asked why I had been charged again. After a while a manager came out and attempted to help but was struggling to address the situation, claiming that he could not see where I had paid on booking.com. So, I had to provide my debit card again, an email from booking.com, show my bank account transaction and a receipt from booking.com. All this was done in a humiliating manner in front of other guests trying to check in. Although the hotel room/amenities were nice, I will likely not return due to the negative experience.

Close proximity to where the Cheergirls were. Room was clean but we slept very uncomfortable due to either freezing to death or if we turned off then it got really stuffy. They said they would send an engineer to fix.......no one ever showed up

The hotel was beautifully decorated. Tge room was clean to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite & attentive.

I was surprised to see that everything I needed was conveniently located near the hotel.

    Good place to stay.

The key pad on our door did not work very well. Took 5 minutes to get inside the room each time! Got new keys but that didn’t help much

The room was beautiful And the location Was great. The room was very clean and had a nice view.

The bed was terrible and we didn't get a good night's sleep and we heard non-stop traffic all through the night at some points it sounded like cars racing. The shower was out of body wash and the bathroom door did not shut all the way. We ordered a pizza for room service and was quoted 40 minutes or less and they didn't come up to the room until over an hour later. For this to have been an anniversary stay and have paid a fair amount of money for the night we were highly disappointed.

    5StevePosted on: 11-3-2024

    Passable

We reserved a partial suite with a KING bed and city view. The bed in the room was absolutely not a king bed it may have been a full, extremely small.

I booked the room a month in advance because we had a trip planned. We are 4 people, two adults and children 16 and 12 years old. When we arrived at the settlement, they gave us a room with one bed and simply said that they had no more free rooms. It was midnight and it was a shock for me. After clarification, they found us one additional small bed ... and that's it ... I had no choice, it was midnight and we were tired from the road... Unfortunately, the mood was spoiled, no one got any sleep and it was a bad experience. The cost of the room was 370 dollars
