Desk chair in room kept sinking

Front desk clerk that checked us in was friendly, and seemed to be happy.

Smoke detector in room was hanging down from ceiling, room was small, repairs weren't completely done to dry wall.

Actual person answering calls instead of call center

There was mold all over the bathroom. It was in the shower, it was around the shower door it was on the walls, it was on the floor by the baseboard. The toilet would not flush to even take toilet paper down. There were bugs all over in the light fixture.

Clean and location to where I had to be the next morning was right across the street.

Yeah the windows on first floor don¿t have permeant lock window and the room next to mine was a couple kids with that room and other kids climbed in and out the window all night or they tried to Open my door with their key and knocked on my window also

The staff was very nice and helpful especially the manager. There was a large area on the side of the hotel where you can take your dog out.

Outdated. Floors need replacing. Bathroom small. Old style low commodes.

Location and room were great. Very comfy and clean. Breakfast was a great extra!

The water pressure in the sink was almost a drizzle and there was basically no hot water in the shower or sink.

Friendly staff. Good location. Some wallpaper issue in the room. Decent hot breakfast.

Drooping wallpaper smacked of lack of attention to upkeep (looked like it had been that way awhile. Reported to staff.

The free breakfast was great.

The side entrance door lock was not working and it was propped open several times allowing anyone to enter without going through the lobby.

Hotel overall was nice as well as the staff. Price was great.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been. Pillow cases were yellowed and there was a layer of dust on the tv that was visable from the bed.

Staff...lady checking me in was friendly and polite.

Hotel lacks maintenance....lacks upkeep.. not what I've come to expect with this star level or rating hotel.

Nothing to like, very loud at night couldn¿t get any rest. Sounded like a party at the desk til after 4 in the morning staff NO help

Very rude housekeeping very loud in the hallway area. A man came into our room unannounced and said he was garbage pickup we told him to get the hell out of our room. Housekeeping tried to come in unannounced told them to leave and the got an attitude

Terrible hotel, nothing good to say about it. If you need good sleep I would not recommend this hotel.

Seemed as though night shift was partying every night, not 1 nights good sleep LOUD Staff barged in unannounced to claim garbage pickup. Housekeeping tried to come in unannounced we had to throw the both of them out. Then they got an attitude about it

Beautiful rooms very comfortable and quiet

I understand restrictions due to covid however just to serve breakfast sandwiches that are still frozen for your guests to heat up is a little ridiculous

I was double charged by the hotel and I told the front desk clerk that you guys had charged me already and he assured me that you hadn't which has led to almost $200 being taken out of my account that I didn't have

Was pretty quiet for the most part. Hotel employee was star of the stay. She assisted me with charging my phone due to lack of USB accessibility in the room.

Considering the fact that we are now in 2021, I found it frustrating there was no USB connection in the room to charge my phone. Even the cheapest hotels have USB accessibility. Needs to be noted on website, no USB connectivity.
