Homewood Suites by Hilton Lexington-Hamburg

Our room (suite) was better then expected. I felt the breakfast was a good spread, even had some DF options!

Location and it fit our needs very well

There were people (children) that ran around in the halls, loudly, pretty late into the evening. After 10 PM. This is the not the hotel?s fault but it was the only thing that I was the least bit dissatisfied with there. Everything else was just fine.

They did not provide clean towels automatically each day. Had to request new towels daily and despite being disabled they would not deliver to room , I had to walk great distances to get replacements.

The hotel has been under renovation for a while. The new sections are beautiful. The staff were extremely nice and did a great job considering the weather problems. The 2 bedroom suite was great!

The sink faucets were too short to properly get the water in the sink. (Design flaw - Frustrating because you kept having to dry the puddle around the bottom of the Faucet constantly). The breakfast could be better if they had a Waffle Iron.

Recently renovated. Beautifully done.

Faucets in the bathroom make a mess. The spout on the faucet isn't long enough and doesn't reach far enough to make the water fall into the sink. Poor design.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels/ resorts and the staff I had the pleasure to interact with were hands down the best. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast concierge, they were all really welcoming and wonderful humans.

Almost everything. They are going to too many lengths to make breakfast safe in my opinion. Wrapping bananas in cellophane? COVID transmits through the air, not on contact. It¿s been proven.

Why no door on the entrance to the bathroom!? Two people, two beds, no way to quietly use the sink area because it¿s wide open to the bedroom. Ridiculous!

Room had plenty of space and amenities

No basic pamphlet about the inside of hotel. Breakfast sucked with prepackaged highly processed muffins and very limited selection especially for the price of a 1 night stay

Ice machines were hiding! Had to ask staff for help locating them. We went down for breakfast but had missed it by 20 minutes. Front desk employee failed to mention the breakfast hours and I failed to ask.

Under the circumstances they went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and checked on us daily. Breakfast was still served in a safe environment!

Clean and nice rooms

Our vehicle was broken in to overnight as well as 2 others!!! Busted the drivers side window out. Hotel staff seemed kinda bland on the situation. Never offered a refund or nothing like that. I will never stay there again.

Location. Breakfast was good. Great outdoor area. Convenient location off the Interstate with lots of shopping & restaurants close by.

Parking did not seem adequate for the size of the hotel. Some areas of the parking were a little dim.

Very clean, nicely decorated, staff was extremely friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good

It was clean and comfortable. The staff that greeted me was very nice.

Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Nice breakfast buffet. Basketball court that our grandkids enjoyed the morning before we left (ran off a little energy before hitting the road). Pool area was also nice with a fire pit.

We had to stay here while our Lexingtonhome was being renovated, and for the price and features of the hotel and room it was acceptable. Really liked having a fridge and freezer and most of the necessity for home cooking, saved us a lot of grocery money.

Biggest complaint was the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay, even though we were in a no-smoking room. Overall not very clean, not filthy, but then I do have high standards. Place needs to be renovated.

Location to Lexington and interstate- The suites are large

Air unit was noisy and road noise from outside was annoying- rooms facing east have to all have this problem.

I liked the separate living spaces, with two tvs, a work stations in the bedroom and at the kitchen table. The rooms were exceptionally quiet, we were never even aware if we had neighbors or if anyone else was even staying on the same floor.

The breakfast was a little cold. Though I imag keeping the eggs warm in those catering tins is hard. The bed, for me, was really too soft and so were the pillows. But those are personal preferences.

Great location with a variety of restaurants, stores, etc. nearby.

More room than we needed, but that was my fault.
