No deposit was great.

The rooms smelled like black mold. Being a maintenance tech. I know it was black mold. The entire building reeks of it. I was moved to lower level room that was WORSE!

No coffee or coffee pot in the room. No hair dryer. Not much for the continental breakfast

Not clean security concerns with door locking

Clean, functional, everything worked.

Continental Breakfast was just so-so.

It was quiet and we weren't disturbed by other guests.

The room had a strange smell, and the continental breakfast was scarce.

Easy access to interstate

Roach bugs in the room. Bath tub had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Our room was on the first floor and our ceiling was leaking onto the bed. I asked to be moved to another room, but was told only available room was on second floor. Disabled guests

Was quiet. Amazing staff

The door to the room did not close all the way. Was a gap at the bottom. The refrigerator was leaking due to the gasket keeping the door open. There was no television as there was no HDMI box. It served the purpose for sleeping arrangements.

Convenient to highway. Quiet.

After sleeping here I noticed red welts all over my face, neck, shoulders and upper arms. Clearly they have a bedbug infestation.

The price and location was perfect for my quick trip.

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring. The worst sleeping experience in a hotel setting ever ¿¿

Cockroach crawling down the wall at 2am. Packed up and left hotel in the middle of the night. Front desk staff not helpful. Refused refund. Had to wait for manager to get in at 7am. Manager did not come in at 7am. Constant runaround with employees.

We are fine with the star level and price. It was relatively clean. Bathroom was spacious.

The room stank SO BAD and the water even smelled. I sprayed my expensive perfume on my side of the bed to tolerate the smell. I didn't do more than rinse my mouth out with the water and it was just terrible.

The hotel front desk clerk was rude from hello which I implied and said ¿You have reservations here?¿ We I replied ¿Yes,¿ the clerk demanded credit card now. I said, ¿Hold on sir let¿s make sure everything is correct.¿ The became impatient.

It was cheap. Just needed a few hours of rest before driving all the way home

Housekeeping came around at like 10 to clean the room when checkout was 11 so that was annoying

The coffee was decent.

The sheets looked like they never been washed. There was a suspicious goo on the wall in front of the toilet. The toilet didn't fill without messing with the pump. I tried to close a dresser drawer that was slightly open and the door fell off it.

What I liked best about the hotel room was the staff¿s respect and warm hospitality.

There are many things I didn¿t like about the hotel. One of the main things I didn¿t like was it¿s roaches. The room I stayed in had roaches. I even have videos for proof. I also didn¿t like how far the hotel was from the venue. not not close to mark
