Springhill Suites by Marriott Lexington Fritz Farm

The staff was not friendly. The hallway was cluttered with dirty towels and sheets. This was very unusual. Maid service did not remove trash.

Everything was really fantastic, but the best part was when my wife walked into the lobby and the fresh scent was amazing. It didn’t stop there, it was all through the hotel! You’re knocking it out of the w!

The breakfast was very good. Dining room and buffet table kept very clean. Coffee is wonderful.

I love the mirror in the room. However it’s not well lit. I was not able to get ready with the dimly lit mirror while others were getting ready in the bathroom. More light would fix this!

The bed was like a cloud. Staff friendly.

The girl setting up breakfast snapped at me when i tried to get something to eat she had already set out because my sugar was tanking.

Breakfast was exceptional with a few gf options which is hard to find. The mattress was very comfortable. I have autoimmune disease and comfort while out of town is huge for me. Beautiful appointed room with luxury features.

Better dairy free creamer options. Many people need dairy free not just for milk allergy and plain oat milk does not make a good creamer for coffee. Dairy free creamer pods should be available near the coffee maker.

The breakfast bar was outstanding. Best I've ever had. Convenient parking and location. Friendly efficient staff.

I didn't bring a shower cap and there wasn't one in the room's amenities. It would be nice to have shower caps.

Very clean with comfortable beds and roomy bathroom.

Location, location, location! This hotel is located in the heart of a high-end shopping plaza in Lexington. The room was perfect. The desk, with its floated-glass framing, made it feel like I had a separate office in my suite. There's a comfy couch and bed and modern bathroom. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were great. I will only stay at this hotel when I'm in Lexington. Nothing else compares.

Two employees who were very disrespectful and ending the conversation with you can make a complaint it doesn’t matter since they would look at the cameras and see your reaction… true and sad at the same time since the cameras are recording the reactions and not the conversations or employees attitude towards the client.

Really liked staying here. We had lovely rooms, we could walk to several restaurants in the evening (we didn't want to get back in the car so this was big), and a lovely pool (it wasn't very large but it was enough to move around).

Not a lot, the room was fair

Allergic to the toiletries no alternatives, they dont keep coffee out, they dont replace breakfast items for people who come later but still on time, the shower drain makes too much noise, the blanket was dirty with blood stains on it, i requested a room front facing, the charger ports by the bed dont work, they dont provide enough pillows they are flat pillows just overall not satisfied with this hotel and will not stay here again especially for the cost I expect it to be more accommodating and comfortable, I hope to hear back to make some of it right at least.

Breakfast was good and the area was maintained well while breakfast was being served. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.
