Breakfast was wonderful

You charged me twice. My check in was at 3p but I couldn't use my room until 5p.

Location, room size/ cleanliness

Room was supposed to be mobility accessible and thought that meant for like walkers but was not. Staff at front desk rude and not helpful so checked out the same day and went elsewhere

Breakfast was good, room was large, good location in town.

Booked due to having a pool, no where did it say pool wasn't open until after memorial day (a few days after our stay). Room AC didn't work but due to cool weather wasn't an issue, notified front desk as we left so they could repair.

Nice rooms, pretty good breakfast, nice office space to use a computer and printer. Friendly attentive staff at breakfast venue keeping it constantly cleaned and stocked. Good location. Free parking.

We're tired of paying for a hotel room that doesn't get cleaned. It's not relaxing to have to go daily to the front desk for a towel or refresh on shampoo, especially if you forget until late at night. Our room was only refreshed one time in a whole week.

Like the room layout and that there was a kitchen. Location was great for my needs.

Furniture was pretty beat up and dated - but didn't really affect me much. The bedroom closet was not cleaned - there were a lot of hairs on the floor.

Bedding smelled of perfume. Blow dryer blew cold air.

Positioning of TV to bed. Should be more accessible to see from bed and couch. Angle was not great for the bed. Possibly more swivel would have been better. Do not like there was no indoor pool.

The bagged breakfast was inadequate. The microwave Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwich heated up fine and was good. But the green banana was inedible and the bottled water was not Good enough for breakfast. Need to add yogurt or danish or other choices.

The two bedroom layout is fantastic for a travelling family.

Breakfast options due to covid, but that's mostly out of their control.

The happy hour was very nicely done.

The dishwasher could not be opened all the way because the refrigerator was in the way. And, the garbage disposal leaked and had been leaking for a while. The guest laundry was a mess. The workout facility is no bigger than a storage closet.

Nice size room, good location

Smelled like someone had smoked in the room when I checked in,had some dead bugs on floor in front of window when I pulled back the blinds.Room wasn't cleaned on the last day of my stay.

Hotel is well kept. Room was a true two bedroom suite as advertised. Good location convenient to shopping mall and bourbon trail. Food and drinks at happy hour were of good quality.

Breakfast could use a few more hot items.

The breakfast was delicious with numerous options. The evening reception from 5-7 pm was not expected but a very nice perk! Staff was very friendly & attentive and went way above the call of duty with jumpstarting my car.

WHEN THEY TURNED THE ROOM THEY DIDN'T RESUPPLY SOAP OR OTHER AMENITIES.

Very clean up to date rooms.

In college town but they did not carry the SEC network on TV. Missed seeing U.K. Playing football and could not listen to it on radio because no radio was available in the room. Lexington KY home of the university of Kentucky and no SEC network?

Location was good. Room was a suite.

Room was for those with disability. Bath/shower was odd. Room was worn. Kitchen cabs were worn badly, stains on carpeting, mold in shower bad lighting. Internet would not connect. Not a three star!!!

Quiet and free breakfast.

The mattress was very soft and what was reported as a queen bed was definitely only a full size.

They didn't have enough staff so we had to go down to get things we needed. Not bad but..... the available staff were nice though. One didn't smile a lot.

They have a social hour every night with good food and free beer. Staff was very nice.

There were some items that weren't working properly. The phone in the living room of my suite was dead and the overhead light on the overhead fan in the bedroom wouldn't shut off. They need to check everything before renting. But these were minor quibbles
