Love the swivel TV can watch if you're in living room or bedroom

Hotel employee didn't tell us to keep a room key when checking out, hassle to get out of parking

The rooms were very clean and updated

The downtown location was horrible, had the worst experience. The street noise of motorcycles and cars racing up and down the streets until 3-330am was unbelievable. People walking outside screaming and shouting !

Check in was very quick and seamless and they were very helpful in any needs that we had.

We did not know where to park when we first arrived, there arent really directions anywhere pointing this out.

We loved that the space had everything we needed while traveling. It was spacious, very close to Downtown restaurants and Rupp arena. Parking in the hotel garage was only $19, and the incidental deposit was only $50.

The quality of the breakfast food was not great. For the price, and amenities that the hotel offer, I would expect a decent meal.

had to wait for room to be cleaned, but it wasn't too bad. Lexington was busy that weekend.

Showed up only to be told my reservation had been cancelled but I didn't cancel. They put me in a room next door and was told my price would be the same. Charged twice as much for the room rate.

This property was beautiful super clean and friendly! It had access to so many places and so many in hotel items and places to go! The food was fantastic

The only complaint we had was we were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed the duration of our stay and that is the MAIN reason we picked this hotel because we have small children.

The property was very nice and spacious. It had multiple restaurants in and around the property, the staff were friendly and it was very clean inside.

The property was a little confusing to navigate at first however once you learned the layout it was easy to remember.

Complicated layout for the lobby and breakfast area and no instructions given by staff.

Location, amenities & amazing restaurant/bar choices

Everything from valet parking to check out! The staff is excellent and makes you feel welcome from check-in. The rooftop restaurant "Infinity" is very cozy, with comparable pricing and A+ in taste! Must stay place when visiting Lexington Ky.
