Room was very clean and the breakfast was good

The price has almost doubled

I liked the hotel. However, we did not get any sleep and had to be evacuated out in the cold for hours because of a faulty fire alarm and this was at 4am

I didn¿t like paying the amount and having to sit in the cold for hours with my children

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

There wasn't any plastic bags in the trash can and with four women they fill up very fast.

Location and the breakfast was great.

Could have been a touch cleaner. But it was by no means dirty

When I che ked in my room was not ready after getting into my room the bathroom was dirty and the fridge was dirty had to ask them to clean the room the next day the customer service at the desk was awesome but their housekeeping sucks poor service.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. And it¿s a tiny thing but I like the brand of mini shampoos they use.

This is such a small thing and it really doesn¿t matter, but there was no guide option for the TV, so it was hard to find something to watch at night.

Location - even though it feels out in the middle of nowhere, the amount of restaurants, attractions & stores within a short drive made it a great spot. Air conditioner worked great and water was hot in the shower. Breakfast was amazing!

House keeping knocked on our door 2-minutes below check out to make sure we were checking out. The rooms are a bit small but it worked great for us.

Guy at the front desk was great. Recommended a great restaurant and always greeted us when we passed or within distance. Very polite.

Continental breakfast was not good, the lady on Tuesday 7/19/2022 seamed bothered when asking for more strawberry preserves for the waffles when it was nearly empty and just a poor attitude and body language. Not a ounce of hospitality in her this day.

A/C unit was quiet. Rooms were quiet. Shower had plenty of water pressure and different settings on shower head. Continental breakfast was nice.

The breakfast they offered is about the only thing I can say is a positive for the stay.

The fact that one of the staff had a personal grudge against my wife and I. Actually called police twice on us with false reports when that failed to work to her expectations she just had them remove us for no good reason at all. We paid $--- to be harra

Very nice room with everything I needed.

Some staff wore their masks under their chin which provides NO protection for me and other guests.

No consideration of the request submitted pertaining to two senior 82 yr. olds needing a room on the first floor ,our room was 217 and too far from the elevator, in our opinion .

The Staff is Awesome!!

Mold or Mildew in shower and Towels should be cleaner!

didn't go into the room until 9 pm and it was never cleaned from the fuest before bed unmade and filthy and both trashcans overflown ..beer bottles everywhere cup eith molded coffee bathroom and room trashed and a wreck as my kids n i entered room

Found 3 bugs in the bathroom...they were beetles of some type so not the end of the world. That's was the only issue...

Out in the middle of nowhere, but that really worked since it was quiet and still convenient to the local town.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The second shift manager  was excellent and made us feel at home ! Breakfast was very good and staff was very nice ! Rooms were clean along with the entire hotel .
