- I chose not to stay for safety reasons and could not reach staff by phone to coordinate cancelation.
- Location
- Picked this location to be close to family in Henderson. Room was large and clean. Easy access to load and unload car due to its motel design. I like the commitment to solar on the roof.
Cons -
- That the room doors led directly to the out of doors, did not feel safe.
- Dark in parking lot- hard to find room numbers. Many problems with room- linens and towels were dirty. Mattress way too soft and difficult to get in and out of bed- too low to floor- this is totally unacceptable for a handicapped person. Although there is a walk-in shower, it is not handicapped equipped- no handheld shower- no seat in shower. Room is not temp controlled- cold in room and air handling unit vibrates. Lights by bed are difficult to operate. Have to get out of bed to turn off. Refrigerator is filthy. If it weren’t so late, I would leave and find better accommodations. Not worth the money. No hotel management onsite- Kiosk efficient for company only.

I didn’t get my refund. Staff was not helpful. Agents from the app were not helpful. Nothing was professional besides the scamming these companies do.
