Staff are hearing the concerns and try to give alternative rooms

Rooms are totally waster . Toilet flush didn’t work. AC didn’t properly. Rooms smell horrible.

The staff was not very friendly and the room?s door had a opening at the bottom of over an inch letting cold air in constantly

The air in vent was so dirty had mold in it caused some allergic reactions for us ! Dead roaches, had to keep snacks, other things in car ! Water in bathroom floor

Front desk staff and location was excellent.

There was a pair of men's dirty underwear on the floor in the bathroom and the refrigerator didn't work. Continental breakfast was not good. When I got orange juice there were gnats inside the nozzle and they were floating in my cup.

Too much humidity. Had great difficulty sleeping. Bed and bath were adequate.

It was on our way. Would not use it again.

Staff was friendly, but the services were extremely limited. Pool was closed, vending machines nowhere to be found. Breakfast was limited to coffee, cereal, waffle machine and juice. Some almost stale bread products. Felt like this place was closing.

Their beds are like sleeping on giant pillows! The most comfortable hotel/motel bed I've ever slept on! Great location, good continental breakfast, shower was hot and had awesome water pressure to help alleviate my sore muscles.

There wasn't much, just little things. The check in person wasn't very friendly and the room needed some paint touch ups. Our door also didn't lock, just the safety latch to keep others out.

Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Mold in the bathroom. 1 of the bedspreads had something spilled on it.

The staff was helpful, breakfast had a nice variety, and the pool was bitchin.

The A/C unit could not keep up the humidity so the bath towels didn't even get completely dry overnight. The carpet was also so dirty that my feet were black from walking around the room.

The room appeared to be clean, but while washing my hands I noticed there was what appeared to be dried blood splattered on the wall. When I went to lock and secure the door, the top swing over bar was missing.

The location. Also, the people seemed to try to help fix things, but the overall experience is not one I¿ll be back for.

This hotel was actually a motel. It was run down and dirty. Fixtures were broken (door lock, shower area), there were stains all over, and there was a unpleasant smell.

Rooms smelled horrible or smoke even though they tell you multiple times there is no smoking. Room did not have a hair dryer and there was a coffee maker with no coffee pot.

TV remote was missing, manual lock on door was broken, tub was plugged with a foul smell and black particles coming out of the drain when the water was turned on. Had to take a shower in another room. Breakfast was minimal - no sausage left at 6:15 am.

I was in the area for a Bass Fishing Tournament. This hotel is very well located for access to the Barren River Lake. They also have electrical hookups for boaters to recharge batteries which is a huge help.

I was surprised to provide a $100 cash damage deposit at registration. This left me wondering if management was going to try to find a way to keep my deposit which was very distracting to all weekend. I got the full deposit back but was not happy.

I didn¿t like anything

The staff was rude. And when we checked in the pool was green and. Slimy the main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. They would not refund us or let us cancel the room.

It was horrible. Rooms were entered from the outside. Shower curtain smelled of urine. Sink would take 10 mins to drain. AC would not keep the room cool.
