- The food was good and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was well lit.

- I got to the hotel and they didn't have my reservation so I didn't have a room. Hotel was fine, booking.com.screwed up and never gave me a refund, even after canceling!
Cons -
- The room had an allergen in there that caused my asthma to flare up; either mold, dust, or mildew. The room did not appear to be clean. The pool was out of order. The shower water pressure was not good. The vent in the bathroom did not work properly so after a shower it was hot an muggy in the bathroom.
- Faucet in bathroom was not installed properly.

I never travel. I was very nervous traveling without my daughter, who usually takes care of everything for me. I had zero trouble. The HI was great. The staff was extraordinary! I am already planning my trip for next year and I will be staying at the HI again.
