The shower was cool. Had nice seating outside.

No pool. No hot tub. No free breakfast. They have a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast but it's hella expensive and you don't get a discount for having a room at the hotel

Location, clean , the soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was good quality.

Only 1 person at the check in desk at 4 pm. Line of several people waiting while she answers phones.

The location is great. The room was clean & comfortable; nice shower. The happy hour at the bar was great.

The walls are thin, we could hear the people next door clearly.

Parking was full in the main lot, adjacent public parking did not have adequate lighting for security reasonsx didn?t feel safe walking to and from our vehicle.

The location

The AC was seasonally set at 72 degrees. Parking is very limited and you will fight with the bar and restaurant patrons to get a spot.

Convenient to downtown

Disappointed in the fact that you had no handicap rooms and doorways where narrow.Dinning room very noisy seating was not comfortable for handicapped people.

This hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Found that the noise level with adjacent rooms was rooms high. Door slams were not only heard but felt. Ate at the Winchester both nights of my stay. Food was very good both nights. Service was only "ok" first night , very good the second

Always clean, great mattresses, not to firm. and all staff were pleasant and professional. Its a great hotel!!

I traveled across the country, staying in 4-star hotels all the way. This was the nicest place I stayed at, but several little things were broken. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Location! Fabulous view of the Ohio river. Close to everything. A restaurant and separate bar inside. Friendly staff.

The remote wasn't working for the TV, I called and asked the front desk for another, and nobody showed up. Also, the AC literally turned off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get the temp below 75.
