LOCATION, CLEAN HOTEL, NICE STAFF

Cleanliness and location.

Much of the time many staff outside front door smoking.

Room seemed clean when we checked in.

Housekeeping was only done once in our 4-night stay, even though I requested it more than that. And that was bare minimum. We kept having to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. Stains all over carpet in halls. Pool closed for 4 days.

The hot breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel. We especially liked the chocolate waffles.

The pool was closed for maintenance, and they did not inform us of the closure after we reserved, even though we chose this hotel for the pool.

when we went down for breakfeast there was very little left to eat.

Location was great. Staff was very nice.

The pool was the only reason I chose this hotel. It got closed 2 days before my arrival. If known, I would've cancelled. Also the housekeeping took used towels and washcloths but never brought new ones I had to call the front desk and go get them myself

The hotel was very clean & staff was extremely polite. The location is right off the highway; next to a Walmart & places to eat. The hotel doesn¿t skimp on towels, pillows, & shower amenities. They even had neutrogena brand ¿¿. Breakfast was A+

The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there.

Had everything we needed and all the amenities were available as advertised. Place was clean and felt safe.

We found the hotel to be very nice and centrally located. Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful when we asked for directions. The breakfast was hot and had a large selection to chose from.

My major disappointment was that the pool was not available. I specifically asked about the pool. My only other issue was that I found the lobby to be quite chilly. I have sleep issues and went down to work on a project and my hands became quite cold.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Breakfast was GREAT! Staff friendly and considerate.
