Hampton Inn Leavenworth

not very friendly, unwilling to accommodate and make changes will not recommend to anyone beware

unfortunately, I had accidentally made the reservation at the wrong location. The organization was very unwilling to make any accommodations or changes. Customer service was terrible not personable at all very direct and a matter of fact.

We were there 4 nights and the room was never cleaned during this time

It was clean and comfortable and spacious

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to Fort Leavenworth. Good gym and pool. Breakfast items rotated. Fresh cookies some afternoons.

The staff members were very nice and made our stay feel like home during a difficult time.

The guy at the desk wasn't very friendly when we arrived and later we learned he was the GM.

Very quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

Lisa at the front desk was amazing! Helpful, friendly and sweet. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Pool was nice too.

We were able to check in early and your team was able to put all 3 rooms together! The guy who checked us in was our hero!

It was really clean. The only glitch was that my room had not been vacuumed. Everything else about my room was clean...and I am particular. I called the front desk and they had someone up to vacuum within 10 minutes. Everything else was great.

Cleanliness and location. Nice breakfast bar. Beds were very comfortable.

Our air conditioning wasn't working well. Air was cold but seemed humid.

Very clean and easy to find and get checked in. The breakfast was good the next morning.

The check in staff didn't smile and smelled of smoke. The rest of the staff were great.

The only friendly employee I met was the breakfast cook. I noticed hair on the duvet cover so I moved to the other bed, which smelled off. I was having a stressful day and was ready to sleep so I ignored the less smell and hairs. The carpet felt sticky.

Rude front desk woman I had to deal with at check in. She smelled like a freshly smoked cigarette. She didn¿t smile or greet me or welcome me to the hotel, she acted upset to help me. And I¿m being charged $250 for smoking. I never smoked in the room.

The lady making breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and much needed hospitality she showed to me. Thicker lady cross eyed. Beautiful. Thank you.

It smelled clean the Moment I opened the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

So before I took a bath, I cleaned the tub. I did find at least two hairs in the bathtub. That did bother me.

The staff at the front desk were awesome all weekend. Very helpful with suggestions for meals and very customer service oriented.

We were in an ADA room, and there didn't seem to be any way to take a shower and keep water from getting all over the floor in the bathroom. I don't see how you fix the issue, but a few extra towels took care of the problem.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Everything is new and fresh. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My son and I enjoyed the breakfast.. Great selection and filling! Beds are comfy, floors are clean, we had absolutely no problems with check in or check out..

The pool is quite small... Pillows are way to squishy for my taste..
