- The front desk person, was very accommodating and helped us through some minor difficulties. He was apologetic and made our stay very nice!

- Nothing.
- there were a few things that had been left in our room that were overlooked by the cleaning staff. But they quickly removed those. We also waited about 30 minutes after 3 o?clock to check in.
- Shower head leaked.

I like that the thermostat had a constant fan button so that it would not go off with no movement.
