- Lower than usual price
- I have stayed there many times. It isn¿t Trump tower but it has always fit the bill for a traveling construction worker. Affordable, clean sheets a shower and no bugs.

- The AC did not work. Late June in Kansas is hot. The desk clerk seemed to have a lot of difficulty in finding a room to place me in. That is to say she changed her mind 3 times.
- Bedding filthy, room smelled of mold, dead bugs, toilet not attached to the floor, people fighting and yelling all night. Worse hotel I have ever been in
