- Staff willing to work on slight room problem.
- The location is convenient.
- The price and location to my family that live in Coffeyville was great.
Cons -
- Smellll
- Pool and hot tub were out of order, hallway stairs had a bad odor, bathroom ceiling needed repair. Parking lot needed cleaned up.
- I booked a king suite with spa tub, it was not a spa, no jwts, not a tub, no plug. After a long day of driving I needed that and would have booked a regular room!
