it was sub zero weather outside. You could not tell. the hotel was warm and welcomiing. Everyone who worked there was very cheerfu.

A recommendation,we wanted a handicap accessible room. The only handicapped accessible rooms had only king beds. We were traveling as a family. We needed more than a king bed. The toilet in the room we had was very short. It was a little challenging.

Met the owner she was very nice and helpful with the area. Beds comfy and sheets like butter.

Kind staff, good location, desk manned 24 hours, good hotel for family

The room wasn't dirty, but it also wasn't the cleanest. For example the carpet was pretty heavily used. Needed a deep clean and getting close to needing updates.

Friendly staff

Breakfast underserved the amount of guests. Food was gone by 7:45am. Can?t change the hotel by throwing knock down plaster on the walls with dark paint. Common cover up with outdated building Back parking lot has no entrance. Hotel 30 ft from DQ driv-thru

Very clean with helpful, nice employees

Country Inn & Suites are more of a 2.5 star hotel. Not a 3 star. Also, the hot tub at this location has been out of service for a year! Not acceptable.

Absolutely amazing! Comfortable, cozy & clean. The front desk clerks were friendly & professional. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful & the breakfast was great!

Room 320 - toilet ran all night making it difficult to sleep. Limited parking in the front to access the entrance

Fire alarm went off at 12:39 am, lasted @ a minute. No announcement/follow up communication. Went downstairs, staff member was in kitchen, alarm accidently set off. Only biscuits & gravy at breakfast, few customers there on Jan 2 c/be reason, still...

The room was damp. The dampness made our bed and clothes and things feel damp. They also quit serving breakfast early .

My wife forgot a pair of very nice sandals , we called 8hrs later and they had "thrown them away " highly unlikely!

I was pleasantly surprised by what I great experience we had at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind and the rooms were nicer than expected. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great.

The cleanliness of the room was the strongest aspect for me. Made for a comfortable night. Extra hand towels and wash cloths was another huge plus. Also, the hotel staff was very friendly. I appreciated the quick service and friendly smiles. Thank you
