Pool and hot tub

We stayed in several days and beds never made nor waste basket emptied. Not a big deal but unexpected

The room was comfortable, including the sofa bed.

The hot tub and pool were closed, and the electric outlets in the room were all tied to the light switch by the door. I couldn't tuck the kids in bed and work/read at the desk or charge ipads & phones without having the *entire* room flooded with light.

Like the convenience of the proximity to our family.

Check in was slower than expected due to some glitch with the system. I smelled marijua and cigarette smoke scent several times while staying at the hotel.

The hotel had the elevator blocked due to tile work and we had to carry luggage up stairs. We had older women with us and I had knee surgery. There wasn?t a bathroom available on the first floor and there was a handicapped woman who didn?t have access

It's being remodeled to update the looks.

Not being told before hand it was under construction before booking. Room was not totally finished with trim work needing done in room and paint slinger on back of bathroom door. But I'm sure when finished will look great

We were not aware they are doing construction. No lobby and no pool available. No warm breakfast. They only give you a paper bag with a small muffin and snack bar. Terrible and will not comeback to this hotel.

It was under construction with no pool or hot breakfast, no where did it say this when booking the hotel. For breakfast they had cereal and sugar stuff, wife can not have sugar and son was playing baseball all day and needed more substance.

It was centrally located and close to everything. The front desk was professional and friendly.

Did not know they were doing upgrade to the outside of the building and to to the pool which was closed.

Clean, nice view, nice breakfast area.

It was hard ti find the small entrance in the dark.

The lady working the food was awesome.

Shower drain was clogged. Told staff about it first thing in the morning. Said they would have a guy fix it during the day. Came back from our day and it still wasn¿t unclogged. Light bulbs burnt out

The front desk staff were extremely professional and understanding. They went above and beyond expectations.

We drove past the entrance as it did not seem well marked or lit at night. We were unable to get an early check-in before the wedding we were attending. We had to get ready elsewhere and check-in late that night.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We were on the second floor. There was a family of elephants over our room. They had heavy feet.

That the pool was down but they where really good with communication with us if it was getting fix or sadly it didn't get fixed but they still made us fill Confertble

It's clean, everything works and is in a good location. All of the staff I met were friendly and effective.

Could use an update and improved showers, but not a deal-breaker. Breakfast could use more gluten-free options.

Night manager was friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

First room was open and not ready, waited 15 min for a new one. The pool and spa were never actually working.Water temp in shower was insanely hot even at halfway between hot and cold. Kind of tucked away and loud by a highway.

The room did not have a thermostat. There was a window HVAC unit. Heating and cooling settings were not specific, rather they had ranges. I was up all night the first night adjusting the heat range setting. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I got the bottom floor room..

I was never told about free breakfast. 1st morning didn¿t know but saw set up after it was as over. That night tried calling desk to find out but had 2 phones that I could of called & did not work.. On 3rd morning I got a phone call from front desk.

Lady attending to the free breakfast was attentive and cheerful.

Hot tub was out of order. TV had static lines constantly, like it was 1988 and your grandma had the vacuum plugged into the same outlet. Hotel is clean but showing it's age.

Poor signage and lighting on the street to know where to turn into the parking lot which is behind the wooded lot. Missed it twice at night. Yes, you can see the hotels but not the entrance in the dark. Slow to put out breakfast refills.
