Best Western University Inn At Valparaiso

No complaints, this is my second time staying . Will be back when I visit my daughter in college at Valparaiso

The rooms were nice and roomy. The housekeeping was great.

The breakfast was just ok. I?m not a lover of the powered eggs. Not much of a variety. The TV in my room was not working. We complained every day and were told I would receive a 10% (per day) discount. Still waiting to see it!!

We had nice hot coffee for breakfast. We accidentally locked our 2 room keys in the room when we went for breakfast and the nice desk attendant understood and got us in the room right away. The outdoor access was very nice.

Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing. Room was very quiet and our stay was everything we hoped for.

Friendly staff, location is easy to arrive and depart from and nearby to dining/gas/shopping in Valparaiso. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, parking, and a fitness center. I did not bring my pet, but they offer pet-friendly options.

Non-smoking floors still had the odor of smoke. Did not bother me personally, but some are more sensitive than others.

The lady at the front desk was very nice.

It wasn¿t really clean. Ran out of breakfast foods.

The hotel did exactly what I needed! The room was clean and spacious, and the free breakfast included fruit, pastries, yogurt, waffles, and oatmeal. We checked in later at night, so we did have to wait a few minutes to check in, but that is expected.

Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The facilities were well equipped with amenities and the room had modern & up-to-date furniture and fixtures.

The location is directly adjacent to a busy road, which means quite a bit of noise and constant traffic.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were clean.

The elevator was on the fritz, so made the trips up to the 2nd and 3rd floors a bit tiresome.

Found ant in bed. Bad smell in hallways and rooms. License plate got stolen off back of car in parking lot. Staff was not available at front desk. Parrot could be heard in another room. Loud music from parking lot.

Room was dirty, breakfast was very cheap. For the waffles they didn't have butter they put out the spray stuff for pans that was butter flavored. The room was dusty the bed sheets had hair on them.

They were very hospitable. We came in a night early. We were able to get a room that late into the night. We were able to keep the same room with the reservation we had. We were very pleased with our stay.

they screwed up the bill. I got someone elses bill on my name but someeone elses credit card. which means someone else got MY bill on his credit card. after 4 days they have not gotten it straightened out or called to let me know if it has beencorrected

Leaving was the best part.

The room we had had bed bugs running all over it. I told the management they switched me rooms. Then they wouldn't help me so I had to pay 8 dollars n walk in a towel through lobby to do them. Couldn't sleep felt stuff crawling on me they didn't give a sh

The receptionist couldn¿t find my reservation. I told him my name twice and even handed him my ID. After about 5 minutes, he finally looked at the ID and said ¿oh your name is Christopher...ok I found it. Room was dirty.
