The rooms were nice. The staff were nice.

The location is a bit of a pain in the arse. Other than that it was great

Room next to kitchen. Noisy early morning.

Staff was great.

It would be nice if they have a charging station for EV vehicles. We were disappointed that they indicated being a dog friendly hotel and still charged a large fee to have a dog.

Out of conditioner in shower. Coffee maker was dirty.

No safe in the room. I was stuck in the bathroom at 10pm cause the barn door wouldn?t open! Front disk lady came up and didn?t know what to do. After 20 minutes she found someone to help. So the next 3 day we couldn?t close the door!

Staff hospitable, room and other areas very clean. Felt very comfortable with staff wearing masks. Staff member in breakfast area very professional, attentive and friendly.

We love staying at the Hampton. This one stands out with the Breakfast hosts. They were so friendly, entertaining, and even had a special hot chocolate bar with different toppings.

Only that I left my favorite pair of PJ's in the bed but that wasn't their fault. With all my info on hand, it would be nice to text me to see if I wanted it.

Check in took too long. Bathroom wasn¿t as clean as it could be. Wish there was a pullout sofa in the room to cater to families

Hotel employee at the front desk was phenomenal. She went above and beyond her job requirements to try and make this a great experience for my wife.

Our first hotel room the sink broke and water was constantly running. The front desk wasn't able to get ahold of anyone who could fix it. They transferred my wife and I to a different room and the lights were flickering and the toilet constantly ran.

Only one staff member was friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh.

One staff member was very rude. She wasn¿t wearing her mask correctly and yelled at my husband when our almost two year old pulled his mask down. She then insisted we needed to pay more for our room to cover the possible damage that would likely happen.

There did not seem to be anyone working in the evening other than the person checking us in. There were several intoxicated people in the hotel hallways.i did not feel safe

The person working the desk did not seem very knowledgeable

Great, quiet location, with a nice breakfast area. Allowed us to pick our floor level.

Easy side entrance, spacious and comfortable room, cozy bed, good water pressure in the shower, delicious breakfast, lots of good coffee. Even the sofa bed was comfortable.

The TV on the exercise equipment was very fuzzy.

Clean and friendly staff.

Our double queen room was a little cramped with furniture.

Had a minor issue with television. But the staff's response was exceptional. Responded within 5 minutes of being notified

Every thing. I have been going there for some time and it has been great every time.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff texted me at least 3 times during our two night stay to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Was what I needed when I wanted it. It was clean and accommodating after my drive. Perfect.
