    Pros +

    • Shower and the bed was comfortable. Outdoor seating. Location
    • I have stayed at this hotel many times- always good service but my favorite thing is you hear no hallway noise once you get in your room- makes for a peaceful stay and a good night of sleep.
    • Nothing Horrible experience.

    Cons -

    • Telephone did not work. Ice machine did not work. For the price I would have thought breakfast would be included.
    • The parking was horrible and they charged 15 dollars a day. The room I was in was noisy, I heard other doors slamming, people talking very loud outside my room as well as out side the hotel. The bed wasn't comfortable and you had to pay for breakfast.
    • Hard to park the car and felt they overcharged for parking

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located! Check out staff was great! The guy was super pleasant and helpful. Check in staff - the guy in particular - was awful. He does NOT belong as the first person you meet at the hotel. Read below.

Guy that checked me in had ZERO people skills. I booked a room w/bfast. He INSISTED that I didn¿t - to the point of being VERY rude. I went to show my confirm when the other front desk person showed him that I did have a bfast plan. Never apologized.

    Downtown, modern, friendly staff

    Thin walls

    Nothing at all

Water would not get hot. No contenitial breakfast included. Parking isn't even free. Never again

The hotel seemed like a party spot for young people. No parking on the 2 designated levels, a lot of people hanging outside and in the elevators at 2am

The Hotel itself was very nice , clean, and the rooms were great

We parked in the hotel garage since my daughter is travel nurse and had a rooftop carrier. We figured this would be safe. Got up in the morning and the carrier had been cut off of her car and stolen. No cameras in the garage

perfect location, modern decor, service was great and my pups got to stay with me.

I did not enjoy screaming kids and parents from hockey team that would loudly slam doors at 5 am but that isn't the hotels fault.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-2-2021

Location was favorable. The bathroom was disgusting and still had hair in the shower from previous visitors

There was no consideration given to the children that were at the hotel and those that had no children the hotel staff could have thought about not mixing patrons who were not a part of the hockey tournament. Kids were very loud and no one cared

The room was excellent, clean and a great view!

At about 3 in the morning, guests a few doors down started shouting, cussing and arguing in the hallway. This went on for about half an hour! Then there was a lady banging on their door shouting and cussing to be let in 😡

Very noisy, pool was not clean, elevator took a very long time, and parking was accessible.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I ordered ballons and candy be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. She changed rooms but the hotel put the gifts in the wrong room. When her friend came to pick up the items, the friend only retrieved one balloon. A very expensive mistake ($50).

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-18-2020

The hotel in itself was very nice.

my room on this particular stay was noisy. I could hear the elevator all night, I didn’t have a remote control for my tv and was too tired to go back downstairs. There was a hair on one of the beds in the room.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-11-2020

Very clean and updated. The room was really nice.

The building made a lot of noises to the point it kept me up and woke me. Up. The drug dealing in the parking ramp was interesting.

    Leaving

Location. $15 for parking. Waiting 20 minutes to check in. The filthy tub and lousy A/C

    7RobertPosted on: 7-30-2019

Nice and modern... bar and common area with pool table a huge plus. The staff for checking in were friendly and welcoming.

Didn't like the $15 to park in the garage at hotel when I seen signs in town that all the other garages were free.

    7CodyPosted on: 7-17-2019

    Cool tall building.

There are no ceilings... a pretty strange construction/design choice that made the building feel dirty and unfinished. It's not bad... it's fine. I've just stayed in nicer hotels and paid less.
