Given misinformation wallpaper coming off wall. Bathtub paint chipped. Patches on wall unpainted. Breakfast options and closed early one day. Had to ask for towels. Stayed for a week four individuals only given three towels m

The price was a great value, the location is excellent, room was clean and very nice.

The breakfast options were almost non-existent, very limited. I went out.

Location

The hotel was extremely dirty, with floors that had not been cleaned or vacuumed, paint peeling from walls, trash on the ground, etc. There were numerous things broken: ice machine, outside doors, pool closed, entry to our room, etc.

Old stained bedding needs to be replaced. Bathroom wallpaper needs to be redone. Price was too high for the quality. It's a $--- room at most

For a Hilton it is run down. Appearance from pulling in to the rooms- not the greatest. Needs landscaping(weeds, grass growing in mulch and concrete). Walls very thin. Carpet old. Showers old, not very clean.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Very nice lobby area, good breakfast, terrific staff. We stayed in a suite that gave us tons of room to spread out with the full kitchen, separate living room and separate bedroom. Less than 10 minutes from Notre Dame campus.

Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Shuttle to ND on game day is not free.

Room was dirty. Smelled good, but more than a few hairs on shower walls & curtain. Appliances & mirrors appeared to be cleaned with a dirty cloth. Pool closed. Ice machines broken. Ran out of extra blankets & pillows. Free breakfast was a unsanitary.

When the staff mentioned the pool was closed, my 4 children frowned. She immediately chirped, ¿you don¿t like it I can give you a refund and you can go somewhere else¿. Nice tact, Ma¿am! The bathroom had insects that looked like cockroaches in the l

This Hampton Inn is tired.... My room key didn't work very well. I had to call the front desk to help me a couple of times. Indoor pool was closed down due to issue with the ceiling. This hotel was expensive for what you got.

sofa cum bed was not at all fit to sleep. The other room I booked , the bathroom was super dirty with tap leaking. Housekeeping was not available. I will not recommended this hotel at all. Very disappointed.

Room was clean. I was able to check in early and check out late. It was conveniently located relative to my agenda in South Bend

No breakfast, not even bagged breakfast. Pool and fitness center still not open.

As the pool/fitness area was closed and the hotel didn't offer anything to its guests with regard to breakfast, I can't say there is one thing I liked best.

While there is no longer a restriction on pools in Indiana, this property still has their pool closed. The hotel didn't even have breakfast bags for guests. I have recently stayed at motels that offer better services and amenities for far less money.

It was close to where we needed to be.

The lack of services that were advertised. There was no breakfast. There was no housekeeping. The computers did not work. No laundry or dry cleaning service . No pool. I understand that the virus is interferring with some of the services but other family

Spent the weekend there for a lacrosse tournament in South Bend. While driving into the property, I could see that the grounds were unkept. Trash was overflowing out the garbage cans. Room was dirty and so were hallways. Dumpy place

Very clean and sanitized room in covid times.

Not the best Hampton Inn. Weird layout. Outside needs some attention. No breakfast in Covid times. No individual breakfast sandwich. Not even a factory wrapped danish. No coffee. Not safe? Like muffin and coffee at McD’s or Perkins is safer?

Upon checking in we were told there was no coffee or breakfast bags to take. As for the room, it was very dated. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and had been nailed back on the wall. The furniture was old and broken. The wall heater was loud
