Tired and not very clean. Staff was average. They didn’t smile or tell you to enjoy your stay .

Location. It was way in the South both side of South Bend.!Not very handy to anything and in a neighborhood that seemed sketchy.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom, and we weren’t offered a different room. The beds were uncomfortable. The pullout bed on the couch was so thin that sleeping on the couch was more comfortable.

I stayed March 15 and still haven't received my deposit yet. They said they released the deposit back but the entire $509 is still pending in my account

The hotel is very clean, the staff was very friendly, and helpful.

The the breakfast was not the best. Breakfast ended at 9:00, we arrived at 8:30, and there was very little food. The motel was not that busy, there was little scrambled eggs, and one sausage. There was one piece of bakery in the case. No other hot food.

I liked the decorations. I thought the lobby looked nice and clean. My room was also clean for the most part. I thought the free breakfast was great. It was a lot better than I expected.

The room I was in had some water damage and it looked like there was some mold in the shower ceiling.

Slight moldy smell in room. Couldn't get clean towels in a timely manner. Doesn't seem to be enough employees.

The mattress on 1 of the 2 beds was very soft¿definitely needed replacement.

the staff was very quick to fix issues.

the hot tub was broken, yet they still allowed people to use it. we were not warned it was broken - very unsanitary.

The hotel was great, staff was fantastic and very easy to work with during my stay.

The room hold of $150 seems a little excessive compared to the nightly rate I paid. The bed was a little worn it seems but I am a bigger guy.

Nice room, pool, and breakfast. Probably had contact with five staff members - four were exceptional.

Wished the hot tub was warmer - but overall extremely happy with our stay and feel like it was a great value.

The check-in staff. She was extremely passive aggressive, rude and condescending. She presented as a person who did not want to be working with customers & it showed. I would not return. After driving 6hrs Nicole was not a welcoming face.

Easy access to main road. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

I enjoyed how quickly I was able to get checked in and to my room.

I didn't like being charged twice, paying $125 for a deposit that still hasn't been reimbursed or the fact that the hotel wouldn't allow Doordarsh to deliver to the room.

This hotel was convenient for a one night stay when we had no where else to go that evening. It was quiet and clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the public areas as well as the guest room.

The breakfast options were limited compared to other locations we have stayed at. We understand the lack of a meat option (sausage) was due to supply issues.
