Staff, cleanliness and decor

The handicap bathroom floors were bro slippery. Not a good option for handicapped people

In a remodeling process. Room did not have microwave or refrgerator. Fitness facility and pool closed

It was close to my destination.

I do not recommend. Pealing paint in shower, holes in door walls was dirty. Half of the breakfast items didn't work like no juice and waffle maker timer didn't work so you have to guess when it's done. You tell the staff and they do nothing about it.

Loved my room on the first floor. Staff was exceptionally nice. Drink prices were good in lobby. Lobby is beautiful and parking was great!

Price was a little higher than expected. Rug was soaked outside the bathroom door. No one came to see if I needed room service. My only issue was trash not fitting in my cans after 3 days.

The breakfast was poor - it looked nice and everything was clean, but the eggs and sausage weren¿t thoroughly cooked and were cold. I threw it out.

Was close to things.

Our remote didn't work for our TV had to get help 2 times. The staff wore gloves smoshed down trash grabbed a plate out of the trash looked cleaned and took it to the back. Wore the same gloves and brought out food.

Room was not clean. We had to take the back off of the toilet to flush it. We asked for towels and waited two hours before we were asked again and we¿re told to find a housekeeper. The managers attitude was rude and at stake. The elevator was poor.

Quiet location not to close to expressway. Close enough to get to most locations in 20 minutes Bed was comfortable and I got 7 hrs solid sleep which is good for me. Quiet which is why I stay there.

Old needs remodel. Curtains had a moldy odor. pillow covers were somewhat oily Bathtub facet was disconnected from tub but still worked. Tub had smooth slippery bottom should be updated. No grab bar in tub/shower. A bit pricey for the age and class

An older hotel. Very clean and in good shape. Staff was efficient. Next to fast food restaurants and I65/SR31.

Parking was a bit strange in that that there about 50% of the parking in front was reserved. It was a bit pricey considering there was no breakfast buffet.

No. Everything was great

The A/C barely worked in the room. The front desk worker was rude and unhelpful. The pool still wasn’t open “due to Covid-19”.

Exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous after reading other reviews but it was a great night sleep in a clean hotel.

Breakfast left a little to be desired but was as advertised.

The smell in the room was hard to miss... There was not enough outlets for chargers. It was pretty run down, it definitely needs updating!!

The breakfast and beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, and it was in a good location as far as food needs (as long as you weren't wanting fine dining) any place to shop is a bit farther away but not extremely far! Maybe about 5 min or so

It had an off smell! The staff were nice, but it didn't seem very genuine. They were rarely seen behind the front desk. If you wanted them you had to ring a bell and then they'd come from some back room
