- Yes, we had an issue with the room and asked to be moved, they wouldn't do it. Hotel was far from full. Said maintenance would need to look at what we complained about because that was policy. I guess sitting on a toilet that is leaning isn't good enough.
- My shower had a faulty handle, but I was still able to take a hot shower.
