- The elevator being used for both guest and service carts/cleaning crew. We were forced on the elevator with a big dirty cart while in all white attire. The staff made no apologies and backed us in a corner just to get the cart out of small smelly dirtyele
- Everything just felt scuzzy.? the paint on walls and baseboards and elevator looked scuzzy.? paint in pool pealing on floor it just made u feel dirty
- Staff were very rude and not customer friendly
